@it's your boy that doesn't excuse someone for destroying someone's property. Be civil. Not barbaric, if you can't deal with a situation like this then that's your problem, not being able to regulate emotions.
@@PuceGaming445....I like how you ignored the money stealing. It's good that you're learning to be disingenuous, it's an internet beginners guide staple. Also, I don't think you're allowed to break someone's property for causing a disturbance, you're meant to ask them to leave then call the cops if they don't.
@@SquidieTentacles he's just an employee, plus, thats "destruction of private property" and he can be charged with that legally if the owner does press charges on him
@@SusRicer I didn’t copy the top comment… I literally just commented this because this is what I thought initially while watching this. I don’t give a fuck about likes. I comment for the sake of commenting and sharing my thoughts.
@@SusRicerI don’t think anyone would be stupid enough to literally copy a comment everyone’s seen. If everyone see’s that comment first: then there’s no point. I never realised that the comment existed because I didn’t check before I made my comment. People can have same thoughts and ideas in case you didn’t realise. Someone might have thought of your idea first; you just have to suck it up. But I don’t think it’s fair to bash someone just because they didn’t realise that someone had the same idea and used it first, especially when they didn’t think to check if it already existed.
Also, nearly everyone had the same idea or similar ideas to what the top comment and I thought, I just accidentally worded it similarly to how the top commenter worded it.
It was completely unintentional. And if that was your shit that you worked hard on and payed good money for that someone destroyed you'd be pissed asf too.
@@ChevyisBetter unintentional or not the guy probably just assumed some kids were pulling a prank and that’s why he threw it. Although I do think that he shouldve put the money back after reading the note
@@user-iw2mo7yu4dhave you ever thought about public disturbance? That’s illegal as well. And the dude couldn’t have possibly known the details of why the horn was going off. Both sides are in the wrong
well can't blame the guy much, they already go through enough of shit and seeing a rc coming in with bursting out horn would look like a silly prank to someone who's unaware but yeah the money stealing was wrong
i mean they were being a disturbance to the store and if they just threw it outside the store wouldn’t attract customers, stealing the money was wrong though
Dude, you literally have yourself a case. He straight up stole your money and destroyed your property. Edit: God damn, I really pissed off a lot of people with what I feel isn’t a very controversial statement.
@@MishiiGod and how was the guy supposed to know it was a simple malfunction? If an rc car came into my store blasting its horn like that I would have assumed it was dumb kids trying to cause a scene and yeeted the stupid thing out the door just the same. Public nuisance is a real crime
@@noblade1790it’s still theft an it was on camera, the guy saw the camera no doubt bc it’s in plan site image if there wasn’t an obvious camera an the horn didn’t malfunction he probably would of stolen the whole car plus the money an if he’s willing to do that he doesn’t care about that stores reputation regardless if it’s his store or not
@@noblade1790yeah expecting to buy something from the store. The RC's main job is buying items from the store, the RC wasnt giving it just to him and the employee physically opened it and took the money and damaged the RC car. No employee should act that horribly to an RC CAR enough to rob someone and rujn their property.
Theres also one thing called trespassing the rc is making noises on someone's private property, which the owner doesnt have any permission, you cant called it destruction, maybe the owner thought its a bomb and it will come as Self Defense
@@WiToDrTe_memer_plssubineedit Yeah, a bomb... That's why he opened it, took something that was inside and threw it... If it was a bomb he would have died after doing all of these. For me looks more like theft and vandalism than self defense
I think the clerk did the bare minimum… I would’ve turned that RC car into bits and pieces. So many comments in favour for the RCguy… just tells me that lots of people here never worked a day in their life.
Doesn't matter it's destruction of property. If he had that much of an issue he should have took the truck in back and called the police and let them handle it.
why is everyone's number one form of punishment losing their employment? like, do you think he might have people he has to provide for? Or do you think he's in a similar situation to you where he has his parents pay for all his living expenses?
That guy broke the law, stealing your money and then maliciously destroying your property young man 😮 I’m so sorry and what Good attitude you have. You do kind things for others including hard working crews out and about giving them food and water. What’s shame you have been treated like this. Really grown adults should have better sense than to treat someone’s property this way.
How was the dude supposed to kbow that it was a malfunction? For all he knew it was a kid trying to be annoying. I agree that he shouldn't have stolen the money and he definitely could've been more careful with it, but should he be sued and fired, probably not.
@@cjweber3186 maybe fired he should have atleast thought about it considering why would they risk it coming to get the parts or getting caught plus he stole money
@@cjweber3186didn't have to throw it out, especially when it isn't a cheap looking RC car (don't remember a cheap toy having a working lid). Could just roll it out of the store & also, they had no reason to take the money.
I don't the he can do that. I mean he was the one who drove a really loud RC car in there, that wouldn't stop making noises. Which would obviously annou the shop keeper and the customers
@@AbeHopwoodok so if you're being annoying I can break your personal property and steal your money from you? That's not how that works at all one law doesn't cancel put another if their happening at the same time.
Do you understand that he think it was some dumb kid doing pranks why would people be on the youtube side if the worker are just doing their job they didnt know it was on accident people like you should look back the video and understand Im not mad im just doing a lil correction
@@joshramirez1483 or you could not be a dick by not destroying, by simply I don’t know 🤯 put it outside. I get you could think it’s a “prank,” but what kind of a prank would buying Orange Prime be??? 🤨 the horns obvious, but it was a malfunction?
@@thebirdthatshtonyourcar8372 yeah i said i dont know if thats legal to take the money out but the part where he threw the robot out could be seen as him trying to get rid of the robot because it was making a disturbance
