You’ve got to make dioramas for your tanks i.e., a WW2 bunker or such or make a video of just driving the tanks in a real life location to give the same impression. The progress is huge 💪
Hi! Don’t worry I’m not going anywhere 🙂 if it helps out 2 people a year it’s worth it!. Thanks for the support, and have a great week. Sorry for the tardy reply, works been nuts!
Hi! Thanks a lot, it really helps. And sorry for tardy reply, works been nuts, and i don’t like to rush my reply to comments if people take the time to write one 🙂 Have a great week! 👍
Question, I am thinking about getting a HL tank, I think probably the Leo 2 with metal tracks/road wheels/other and most likely with barrel recoil. Or potentially the T72/Challenger 2/Abrams/T90. My main concern is if it is worth the money (from what I have seen, it would potentially be about $280-300 USD including shipping). I had a HL Tiger 1 and M26 Pershing probably close to 15 or more years ago and had a very bad experience with them, they were either both supposed to have smoke units or at least the tiger, but they didn’t and or the instructions gave zero indication that they had them. Unfortunately got them off EBay and not knowing EBay, thought that I was screwed since the seller said basically no returns (even though EBay has returns regardless of what the seller says). Both were basic plastic versions and I believe they were pre 2.4 gh HL tanks so to say they were “meh” would have been a massive understatement. If I remember the tiger had issues with the track coming off and or a small piece of the road wheel/idler/sprocket coming off. I do understand the relative responsibility of maintenance on RC vehicles since about 5 ish years after the HL tanks experience I got into RC cars/Vehicles and have since owned/upgraded/maintained a Traxxas 2wd Slash, Axial SCX Deadbolt 4wd, ARRMA Kraton 6s, and a Vietnam PBR boat.
HL has improved massively. Get a brand new one unless you know your way around the HL systems. Buy brand new, slap the decals, and weather are you go along.
@@opairsoft8100 I still have 2 Pershings, one bone stock, another modded with longer barrel as seen on the Tamiya Super Pershing model kit, the one that says "OCO-D" in the front.
Hi! sorry for tardy reply works been nuts, but most of the above tanks are so much better now, the 7.0 board is light years ahead of the old stuff. I bought a 7.0 Leo full plastic to show what you can do with a base tank here ru-vid.com/group/PLDSJg__BxBbdge6z3E1SsQx1fIU2z3FQ3&si=KSbndK1070jv3Gu0 And it came out okay with just a little fettling. They all come with some form of recoil, it’s mainly the crappy bb unit attachment, but it’s easily changeable with a 7.1 board and a servo, all the hard work of cutting the barrels done. And keep an eye out for the new leopard 7.0 2024 version, it’s much more like the maverka in hull design with torsion bar suspension. In all there much better than 15 years ago, I think your best bet surprised!. Let me know how you get on 🙂 Have a great week!
@@mrtankalotrctankschannel You just made my decision even harder with the 2024 edition. Do you have any more information on the 2024 edition? From googling I couldn’t find anything.
Hey again! I commented this on an older video but might aswell comment it on a more recent one, i just want to ask where you got your ukranian flag for the tank? I want to get the same type thin cloth scale american flag for my abrams, mega thank you!
Hi! Sorry I thought it got back, it’s just from Amazon, a table flag amzn.eu/d/0hDT5rkZ But I’d check sizes, I cut my Ukrainian flag down, you can’t do that without losing a few states! 🙂
@@mrtankalotrctankschannel ah ok thank you very much, I really thought you found someone who makes them that small/ made it yourself, looks really good, can't wait for my Abrams to arrive this Thursday!! What should be the first mod I do to it? It's my first ever RC tank and it's the pro version
Hi! Sorry for not getting back, been nuts. It’s just an Amazon table flag I treated with diluted pva, and cut it to the size I wanted. I must do a short tutorial. amzn.eu/d/0ig5Wycl
