You need to find an RC pulling sled. I used to have a modified T-Maxx set up for sled pulling. That was the most fun I had with my truck. I sure do miss my Maxx
I just bought an XRT unlimited and it’s a beast, I live on 2.6 acres and I’m having an off-road track built for the larger trucks. My cousin has a highly modified XMaxx and my other cousin just bought the UDR. they’re coming down from Dallas to race me, gonna be a lot of laughs, and a lot of tears😂🤣👍🏽👍🏽
Just good old fun with RC. Not taking it too serious and getting hang up on “performance” “this brand I better than this other one” . At the end of the day they are toys for grownups to have fun and laughs. Great content guys 👏🏼
Makes me want to stop on my way up north with my losi raptor ray and baja ray 2.0 just to judge. Contemplated getting the losi razor sxs but heard it jumps like sht. Maybe its the way the jump are set up but ive never had my losi's buck as bad as these tracxas.Losi vs traxxas is like a razor vs an x3 jumping it looks like. Eithwr way cool vid guys 👊🏻
We need more RC Tracks in lower michigan. I use to race RC buggys at larrys performance RC when it was in Waterford back in the 80's / 90's. at that time there were a few local options but now it seems impossible to find anything in Oakland County. I got a Nitro Revo 10+ years back and could only just bash it in local areas and then just got back in it with a Traxxas Maxx widebody. I want to rip it on a track but can't find anything. If anyone knows a good place in Oakland County to rip these let me know. I've already upgraded all the weak links so hopefully it doesn't break on my first run lol. Now I want an XRT with no big open places to rip it's pretty much just going to sit.
The good old Traxxas bounce. There is a reason they put self-righting on them things. Lotta stuffin goin on! The Xmaxx driver was pretty dang good, though! Woulda been great to see the Typhon lay down the law against the trucks. Edit: ok, holy moses, that thing is tuned for insane speed. The minute the guy in the checkered shirt took the remote, I knew homeboy was gonna have repairs.
I just got an arrma Mojave 6s last week, I think your money is better spent there, it's bigger tougher and just as fast. On 4s it rips pretty good. On 6s it's an Animal! I have had a UDR before, similar speed and power but it jumps and it TURNS 100X better. I was looking at Maxx Slashes but just had a Maxx and wasn't too impressed, also a little smaller than I wanted.
I just got into rc cars bought a traxxas rustler 4x4. I bash the shit out of it. The only time I upgrade parts is if I break it . Which that just about everthing lol
I’ve got a 2wd slash I need a 6 s battery for lol one day soon I’ll have one for it does 80 on 6s but I destroyed the battery somehow mean little machine lmao
@Steve-sxsblogparts i put the wide kit on my xmaxx and its ridiculously stable on flat ground. It just spins out instead of flipping. Mabey the wide max kit will fit the slash maxx.
You need some nitro rc cars! There not very reliable unless you get top of the line parts but the sound, smell and experience is way different than electric. When they're done right it's way more fun.
That looked like a lot of fun. You guys should build your own RC track so you can build it just the way you want, just like you did with the SXS track.
