Perhaps you didn’t see the whole video but I removed the foam inserts and don’t place them back again since the idea is for the tires to have more space inside for movement and grip.
Those are just car wheel weights. You can buy them at most auto parts stores or eBay and it will be way cheaper than a hobby store. And just so you know, it’s not “glue” on the back, it’s double sided tape and you don’t need to wait before you use them. It’s instant bond.
