That artifact isn't mandatory on bellona, it is just there to increase the chance of def break SLIGHTLY, you can easily replace that arti with any damage boosting arti
but is really advisable to get those damage stats as high as you can, I managed to get really close to tristen stats and its working flawless, my sword of ezera is only lvl 10 and radiant forever on vivian is only lvl 15, still they do the job
