Thank you for taking the time to watch the video bud. I’m liking the truck besides the silly steering setup. I would think a kit version could show up hopefully before mid summer. Fingers crossed cause that would be a fun build…until the steering lol. Thank you again for view and support of our wonderful hobby. 👍💪🏼
Honestly from rc4wd’s track history, I don’t doubt and can’t wait for there tf3 kit. BUT!!! They need to update body or get a new body. This old hilux is overused and exhausting to see.
Just found your channel and subscribed. Thanks for showing the difference . I'm still on the fence with the tf3. It's different but I don't understand why the standard tf3 is the same price as the tf2 but alot of the metal on the tf2 was replaced by plastic on the tf3. 1 thing I do like is how it's basically a modern day version of the tamiya bruiser except it was lowered. It'll be interesting to see how that bell crank steering set-up will handle the rocks during comps. My old tf2's are still going strong. Some still have the same gears that came stock on it like 6 years ago and held up great at local comps
Like the engine/gearbox, very scale looking, not a fan of where the rear leaf springs mount, every leaf spring I've seen is mounted to the frame rails not on a chassis cross member
Nice rig brother! I really want to get one of these, but I just watched a video of the tf2 and it had insane slop out of the box. Have the issues been addressed with the tf3?
Cool truck I feel with the leafs on the inside of the chassis in the rear it will be less stable (side hilling etc) Cool new truck and anything new to RC crawling is a good thing 👍👍
@@daniels_199 thank you for explaining the new chassis to me . I’m not downing the truck in anyway just (wondering about the designs side hill capabilities) hard body trucks already have it “hard” enough 🤦🏻♂️😂
I Follow you on Facebook. I also did the fusion. The pan fits real good. What's your secret? Mine has about 1/4 inch on the front side . Did you trim all cylinders inside. I only did on front side to fit wires coming off motor. They tuck up into that cylinder. I am just worried about trimming to much then having motor not line up into trans!!
It really needs a revamped on the front suspension. Having the leaf shackles up front dont make it scale to me maybe a samurai or a jeep where the shackles are in the front of the leaf spring up front than yeah but the front suspension needs to switch shackles i know there is kits but i want the company to try and figure it out
Number #012 here quick question, when going in reverse with My Truck I experience the Front Tire Almost Waving around like a Frisbee that was thrown by a Child. I’m leading to believe I may have busted an Axle nothing looks Bent and I’ve doubled check all the Hardware on the front axle and both sides seems to be up to par. The Front Left seems to have way more play then the Right Front. Any Help would be much appreciated
@@CapekScaleCreations Alrighty will do!! Final Question would I be able to Use a TF2 Link kit on This Truck? I may have bent either Leaf Spring Shackle or U Bolts on 1 side when I compress my suspension in the front the Shackle on 1 side almost touches the Front Bumper Mount and the other side is far from it. “Looks like it Compresses to the Driver Side.” I’ll be sending Videos to better explain .
