A pair of Royal Canadian Air Force Bell CH-146 Griffon, the military version of the Bell 412, helicopters are seen at CZNL in Nelson, British Columbia. The video shows the helicopters engine start-up and relocating to an area of the airport where they spent the night.

Very nice footage mate, thats quite a short hover-taxi to where they were parked. I was reading that theyre looking at retiring these by 2021. But it doesnt seem as if theyre going to replace it with anything as they are like with the Seaking and the CH-148 Cyclone.

That will be different without the old CH-146's around. I wish they'd send a Seaking or Cyclone to CZNL some day :-D

This is to someone who already seen this side by side with the old Huey, is the 412EP/146 smaller than the old huey? Always had the impression that the cabin is smaller than the UH1H and D cabins and that it fits less soldiers
