@@raghustranger3531no.. He won't replace shastri.. He needn't replace shastri... It's an insult to DK to compare him with "Tracer bullet Shastri".... DK has such a good voice while talking and commenting and his language skills are much more refined... His commentary skills are so polished... What does shastri know?? Even other comment by him is a "Tracer bullet".. Nothing else... And a coarse baritone... Maybe he was a good player in his heyday, but that won't and doesn't make him a good commentator.. Tracer bullet shastri, manjrekar, akash sharma are the lowest of the low commentators from India... If you want to compare with ppl of good commentary skills, compare with sunil gavaskar... Or better, compare with Harsha bhogle.. Man, he is the real deal... His pauses... The nuances.... His exquisite cricket knowledge despite him not having player professional cricket... You can't beat him in Indian commentary box....

@@kartramasamy maybe someday dk will reach the level of Harsha bhogle.... But not yet now... Praise where praise is due... DK is second only to Harsha and sunil gavaskar among Indian commentators.... The likes of Tracer bullet shastri and bits and pieces commentator manjrekar are distant last, way way behind dk.....

Long ago, I don't remember the year but Ashwin was a part of CSK - I ran into the CSK team as they were leaving for Chennai from Chandigarh airport & I was taking a flight to Mumbai. I was next to Dwayne Bravo, Mike Hussey, Murali Vijay & Ashwin in the security line - I said hi, hello to all of them one by one - only Ashwin responded with a warm Hi while the others just nodded & Murali Vijay just ignored.... Been a loyal Ashwin fan ever since...

@@ritiksharma1250 2018 IPL was KKR's most astonishing run, without doubt the most astonishing run by an IPL franchise....KKR was unanimously voted as the team which would finish last, had tremendous amount of injury problems, was struggling to find find 11 fit players to take the field and yet almost made it into the final.....Remember he did not have pitches to his team's strength, he did not participate in the auction to build the team......2019 wasnt that bad, KKR missed out on playoffs by just NRR.....Actually none of the captains of kkr has been bad, it always came down to horrible decision making at the big auctions that have cost us......DK has a higher win percentage than Eoin Morgan, with the same squad (in fact IPL 2021 had a slightly better KKR squad), that tells a lot.......

I am a Srilankan fan, but whenever India plays against any other teams, I always support India 🇮🇳 especially when Tamil Nadu players play. I am Tamil, and I am a die-hard fan of CSK. I like DK very much, and CSK management should consider him to give him one chance to play for CSK. I've been a stauch fan of DK ever since he represented India for the first T20 game in SA. And from there on there is no stopping.. to which ever franchise he goes I've been supporting that franchise. Watched games just to hear his voice as commentator when he wasn't playing. Sulked in sadness each time he gets out and be super overwhlemed when he achieves something. Wishing DK all the goodness in life and will be following his good and bad times as the times remain.

This could be irrelevant, but VB was my coach for a few years. He ran his coaching academy out of guru nanak grounds velechery , Sohail chandok now a present on star sports was on the guys whom I rubbed my shoulder with long long ago believe me he was like a blob of butter back then a left hander who could bowl a bit of leg spin, remembering Dk coming to VB's nest at kelambakkam after his u19 debut somewhere in march April of 2003 at the indoor bowling machine facility to practice This episode makes me feel how a freek accident changed my life and took cricketing talent in me and drove me to something else in life

For me DK is just one of the underrated players where people forgot him and started flexing great players in and out of the country. DK has always been a great player and his career has been a great journey for the upcoming TN players to look upon and learn a lot..Great knowledge of cricket as well to be honest,great man at heart..proud to be DK fan for life..DK19 the number in Indian jersey speaks..❤

DK selected for India as wicket keeper at the age of 17 years well before Dhoni, Ash. But he has not shined as Dhoni & now he playing 2024 IPL splendid form. Great guy.

Ashwin ji and Kartik ji Thankyou for having so much Respect for RCB... But the team doesn't deserve the Loyalty and Love of fans... Neither does the team management.. The team doesn't have the hunger to win the trophy.. That is much much evident from the last 16 years... Team doesn't get out of pressure situation, they get bogged down... Yes every one is a human being... As an fan we cannot know the pressure of players on field.. But 16 years is not a small period.. Probably Team bowling doesn't practice effective slower ones, back of length delieveries... Effective bouncers.. Pin point yorkers... Probably They only practice to bowl normally as they do in test match and ODI cricket... Batting doesn't go all guns blazing right from the start as other teams do.... Totally it feels like team casually plays match and intent to win doesn't reflect in their performance... And no local players are given a chance even they are good.... Mr. Lockie hasn't been used.. Mr Mahipal who has been playing nicely is dropped.. Mr Vijaykumar vyshak who has played decently when given chance is dropped without reason.. Don't understand the Logic of RCB Captaincy, team coach and Management.. It always feels that RCB team and management want to lose the matches rather than win.. At the end conducting press conference with fancy statements.. Opposition played well.. Victory and Losses are always a part of the game... Such conference to pacify fans just becomes an eyewash... As an RCB fan from the last 16 years expecting good performance from the team.. Facing trolls from other teams... Really becomes an hard thing... It feels real bad to highlight all the negatives of the team... Despite being a fan.. And lastly we as fans don't think that RCB will ever win the Trophy in the History of IPL... Though I frankly want that statement to be proven false as soon as possible❤

Anna please see this CSK should play with this playing 11, 1)rutu 2) rachin 3) rahane (should come only if wickets fall in power play before 5th over) 4)dube 5) moeen ali (should come before dube if 2 wickets fall in power play or even before rahane if 1st wicket falls in 6th over) 6)Sameer rizvi (should only come until 15th over) 7) dhoni (should come after 15th over) 8) jadeja (should only come in last 3 overs like 2023 final) 9) deepak chahar 10) despande/thakur 11) pathirana Impact player - theekshana/ santner Pathirana, theekshana and jadeja are mostly very economical.

@@Chanakya831very true! No costly players have contributed in IPL since 2022! Dary Mitchell should be dropped and Moeen Ali should be permanent for CSK! My playing 11 is: 1. Ruturaj Gaikwad(c) 2. Rachin Ravindra 3. Moeen Ali 4. Ajinkya Rahane 5. Shivam Dube(impact player) 6. Sameer Rizvi 7. MS Dhoni(vc) 8. Ravindra Jadeja 9. Maheesh Theekshana 10. Deepak Chahar 11. Tushar Despande 12. Matheesha Pathirana(impact player) This is how CSK batting order should be and hope CSK players don't play test inning like last match vs SRH and Rutu should provide batsman their comfortable position like how MS Dhoni does when he was captain😔😎😎😎😎😎
