Nice Macman...... Too bad that stuff took the coating off that seating stem...... but now you can tell what stem you are using with 2 different colors.....

Cleaned up nicely. It wouldn't take much to reblue the parts. I keep a bottle of Brownells oxpho-blue on my gunsmithing work bench.

This IS the responsible solution: renew and reuse. 👍 Too many people are quick to throw away and replace.

Might of been better to of boiled the dies and converted to blue ? If the dies had a blued finish the Evaporust would remove the blue .

I use a brass wire wheel on a drill too, run is slow lol

They cleaned up great!
