RCBS Lockout Die v. Hornady Powder Cop 

Not a battle of titans but a comparison of two “old school” powder level monitor devices. Especially helpful for cowboy shooters loading small charges into big ol’ cases.
I stated that one of the advantages of the Powder Cop is that it can be used for rifle or pistol cartridges. The RCBS Lockout Die only works with straight wall pistol cartridges. I am able to use it for .44-40 which has a slight bottleneck or shoulder.
