Great price and cooling off my son's room! His room was the hottest room in the house. It’s a little noisy but him being able to sleep through the night will be worth it. Installation took 2 people but went fairly easy.

I have heard, core cutting should not be done in the beam. Here you should do 2 inches below the beam on that slightly thinner wall.

they provide the holes. but they made holes on very top. fall ceiling can't be done. so we shift the holes

First, video is good. Thanks. But I have a comment on the idea of core drilling, firstly only two small holes are required or maybe three if you count the power line. Second is, why doesn't the civil engineer / architect, provide options like holes filled with gypsum or wood plugs, so when a hole is required, simply remove the plugs. Same with chimney exhaust. No consideration is given for wiring channels with possibility of attaching more sockets... Wish someone could start doing things with more forethought.

Hi this apartment is 34 floors. Builders provided AC they make high rise apartment but no sense. Now my customer need fall ceiling. For that we shifted AC lower below fall ceiling

This job can be simply done by drilling annular holes and break it by chistle and hammer.Core drill not at all required with so many people and not a rocket science.

Five guys, a rig and water to core a 4-inch hole? 15 minutes to drill + an hour to clean up the Godawful mess. It needed one Hilti DD150 working dry, one guy and a vacuum extractor.

Such machine is going to be cause for many buildings to fall on ground in near future. You should never touch the RCC beam of a building/house. If in doubt ask any good civil engineer from a reputed institution.

Agree with you! Moreover using chisel seems to be easier with less man power. However, when you said the machine could hurt a beam... there is no beam in this video and even if workers will be careful when they see a beam, right?

This job is very simple and does not require so many people and core drilling .Simply making drilles in round fashion one after one and break it by hammer.Core drilling is nor required here .It is not R.C.C.

Concrete drilling machine part is ok but it should not drill on beams and coloumns . But here shows on rcc beam drilling. When we are doing on rcc wall it's ok .If we are doing on beams and coloumns building strength will loss in this regard ask civil engineer for better results. Lakhs of views are there but some will follows or see they may think on beams or coloumns will drill it.
