Remove the strap from both the side of the band carefully and use any other color straps.

Dear Adama, Step counts, distance covered and Calories burnt is automatic. It does not require any additional setting. Any other feature like running, cycling etc... (if available) as an option should work when you switch on and off manually while start the activity and end the activity. Thanks RCE
