You definitely got it going on bro man you know what you're doing you think that somebody would just specialize in this type of stuff as far as wheels and tires
Thanks for putting together this video! Nice to have a run down on the fitment of the different wheels. I have a set of the 3dscale wheels on order, anxious to see them in person!
I think you have spoken to Alberto from Ampro Engineering about tamiya stuff before. Maybe it's worth talking to him about some wheel design for these trucks. I know he has designed a lot of his own wheels. Not to mention the redesigned lights for these Chevy bodies.
Put a a hex on a rear shaft put your wheel on the put it in your drill or drill press get a sharp blade turn on drill and put your blade on to wheel, and part off what ever you need off the wheel ..that’s how I cut most of my stuff down ,bolts etc I’ve turned scale spray cans and bottles in a drill using it like a lathe ..
I figured that you would of put a bench seat in those they would look extremely better for low riders. I think the buckets look good in the K5’s jacked up with big mud tires ! I dropped the shrink rc bench in my blue K10 and painted it With Tamiya light sand. I’m not much of a low rider , although they look super sweet , I like jacking them up 😭
Would the BRX70 with 4mm offset on the jellybean Probuilds work,? Your setup was BRX80 with 0mm offset, and had to trim the fender. (inner side of the outer fender.?) BRX80 = 162mm BRX70 = 146mm That would be a 16mm difference, or 8mm on each side.
I got my volume maxed out, and can barely hear you... my ears probably need cleaned, but i dont have this problem with other people's videos, just yours. I gotta hold the phone up to my ear and than i cant see the screen... anyone else experiencing the same?
