The argument isn’t really valid honestly. Kakashi was a kid genius. That’s like being a cold hooper as a kid, then taking a looooong ass break but you still casually hoop. Then one day your passion is ignited by finally finding students worth training. You try to just jump right back into competitive hooping only to pull your hamstring cuz you’ve been stagnant for forever.
