zigoh paulin. Rwanda speaks one language called Kinyarwanda. That's the language he is speaking. There is no Hutu or Tutsi languages. All the people speak Kinyarwanda live in the same territory Rwanda and have the same culture (umuco Nyarwanda). So those introduced so called ethnic groups were just social classes made identity by the colonization history that was emphasized by governments that took control after independence. Rwanda doesn't have different ethnic groups as the world seems to think or in the real sense of the word. I hope this gives you the answer.

I do not understand but I am happy for the choice of language and I wish all the people on the planet can work together in true peace and unity for the sake of their being and in an authentic expression of their unified sovereignty. Violence is not the way but the ability to defend self as a people is a basic necessity. I believe in vibrational and energetic strength wich was the ways of my ancestors more than the modern and conventional way but until I fully unlock those abilities, I definitely would feel safer in a country that works like yours. I don't understand the language at all but what is best for our people is social and economic development.I always pray for nilo -Bantu federation.South Sudan,Uganda,Rwanda and Burundi to be a single country in federation if this is not possible then Burundi and Rwanda should at least unit and become one single country in East African Federation.
