Another great video! Thank you! Just got the bolt action doing it this way and it was so easy! First time I tried it I got wanted and the rifle wasn’t there. Reloaded my save, tried again and successfully got the rifle with no bounty.
High ^^ I have another question. It's about the survival challenge which is still locked and will only be unlocked when you have completed the quest ‘fisher of a men’. Which prequests do you have to fulfil to be able to start the quest ‘A fisher of men’? How can this be triggered? I don't want to start a quest beforehand that is not required. I have completed all the challenges except the survival and bandit in chapter 2. I haven't done a single one of them yet. 0/10 for both.
@@regina77phalange High, I have completed survival challenge 10/10 and no legends of the east outfit. I was told bandit challenge is not neccesary for legends of the east outfit but it seems it is ^^ I have completed all challenges and bandit 0/10 ^^
@@regina77phalange There are videos where they say, do this challenge first and leave something out of the other challenge and something with poker where you have to win 2 hands in a row and win another 2 hands somewhere else but hey, it all sounds complicated. There just isn't a video yet where you can see how this ‘mechanism’ is played out properly ^^ But anyway stay high bye bye ^^

If you are sure you have never done the event already, then walk around, leave a distance and come back and you should see it where I am on the roof of Valentine bar
Got my Bolt Action Rifle in chapter 2. Killed sheriff, with a bow shot from your position. Acquired a $60 bounty….Ouch ! Retrieved it on the ground not the gallows as I was killed. Upon respawn, I had the rifle, the sheriff also respawned.
Amazing! I usually get the Bolt Action Rifle by jumping on Hosea's horse when returning from the bear hunt mission, riding away from camp, killing the horse and taking the rifle from its saddle.
@@ArmandoFloresAvila This is a glitch you can use to get the Rolling Block Rifle early in the game. When you return from the bear hunting mission with Hosea, wait near the hitching post (don't dismount your horse) as his horse crosses the camp to it's hitching place. Then jump onto it (from your horse) and ride away from the camp. Kill it with dynamite or fire bottles and take the Rolling Block Rifle from the floor near where it died. Don't worry, Silver Dollar (that's its name) will respawn in the camp.
I can trigger the encounter but always get wanted and by the time I'm up there the weapon and his body are gone. What am I doing wrong? Also how do you know the encounter is begun?
Stand on a roof from a distance and look in that direction so you will know if it is triggered. If you keep being wanted, which I mentioned as a possible fail, then reload the game. I always say plz make a save file trying my guide videos like this
