level 1 - autotagging, be careful with your arm to not accidentally shoot a horse level 2 - lets you manually tag, but 1 shot without tagging and your deadeye is over level 3 - lets you tag manually AND you can shoot without tags without turning off deadeye level 4 - shows you lethal areas level 5 - shows you more lethal areas (and bleedout areas if im correct) this is for all those confused on what are the changes in each level
I've always hated level 1 deadeye especially when it makes you accidentally shoot an innocent person that brings on the law or even when hunting for perfect pelts it always locks on to parts you don't want to shoot so you have to come from a different angle to land a headshot
for players who didn't know, if you shoot an npc's neck (whether in deadeye or not), they'll bleed out and you can either kill them or watch suffer bleeding out
Level 1 : Automatic tag Level 2 : Manual tag unlocked Level 3 : Non tag shoot in deadeye period without canceling it Level 4 : Fatal area shown Level 5 : Bleed area shown
@@SowDah_ there are two different deadeye level : 1.The first one is manualy by shooting, hunting, ect (this is the regular deadeye level up to level 8/10,this level affect how long you can stay using deadeye) 2.The second one is by progresing more in the main story (up to level 5)
Level 1 deadeye would literally cause my honor to drop because I’d be in a gunfight and try to use deadeye and then when switching targets it auto marks a horse. I hated that so much.
@@declicitous1763 wtf does that even mean play normally? In my first playthrough I used Deadeye every chance I got because it’s Red DEAD redemption bro. Not everyone is a try hard 💀
Nice detail that you level up once you master the current level of dead eye, like at level 1 you need to be careful and fast, and now you can tag manually, now you can shoot in dead eye freely, nice detail that you are getting better
yes, you're the only one who loves manual painting. ur really weird cuz everyone loves not being able to hit the part you want to and accidentally killing the wrong npc
Exclusive Trivia: the slow-motion-but-also-circling-around 'Bullet Time' was done before the movie "The Matrix" [ignoring earlier 1800s experimentations] in the little-known "Wing Commander" movie that was based on the videogame - this Trivia is not on the "Bullet Time" Wikipedia page or related blogs such as Games Radar, sadly
@@YodaClips I know what cores are ya bot 💀 I actually played the game unlike you and the cores can be upgraded only for deadeye you have to do certain story missions
Fun fact: Level one dead eye was the last level in rdr1 (i think, there were 3) Edit: Rechecked my fax and I was wrong, its the second level, last one is manual targeting
While dual wielding revolvers i went into dead eye and marked two head shots and when I shot the two guns shot at the same time and I haven’t been able to recreate it lol
@@nobodynose5713 i dont think its level 5, i think its just on the train robbery with john, sean and charles it automatically unlocks. and on this vid at lvl2 u can see its not automatically tagging it
I could have swore it was the other way around. And I hated the dead eye because it would just auto mark everything. Maybe I just never upgraded it. Interesting.
Once I came across some lemoyne raiders robbing a guy and I used dead eye and marked all of the lemoyne raiders head and the guy who was getting robbed got shot accidentally when he got in the way of me shooting the last guy in dead eye🤦♂️
Level 2 dead eye doesnt let you manually tag, to get manual tagging you gotta complete pouring forth oil IV, I had level 3 or 4 dead eye before playing that mission and I only unlocked manual tagging while playing that mission, it said in the top left corner something like now you can manually tag enemies in dead eye
Dead Eye has stats and levels. Stats go from 1 to 8 with the challenge perks completed to lvl 10. The levels go from 0 to 5 and unlock in story missions
How do you get each lvl, I'm doing my second playthrough and trying not to do any missions and just collecting stuff and roaming the land so my player progress says dead eye max lvl 8 but my dead eye still acts like lvl 1 with the auto tagging and no free shooting. Is there a specific mission I gotta do?
you have to go through the main story, because it gets upgraded in certain missions. levels 1-8 have nothing to do with the deadeye abilities they only increase how much of it you have
@@dou5689 that's the canon arthur and john don't have super powers they're just fast shooters they shoot fast because they're skilled dead eye is just showing that in slow motion
@@Kexetey You player are the protagonist, the game was supposed to show how good you can be with the weapons, not how good you are with the aid of superpower. They implemented the john woo bullshit to compensate the low framerate and handy capping gamepad on console, and to aid people who are not good with shooter games in general. A normal player can do all this on PC without using the woo power (minus the supernatural firerate).
Iam new to rdr2. So can you tell me that is 6000 money enough to complete rdr2 with the best things. If not then what do you think how much money one should have
No spoilers but at one point in your game you'll lose all your money and horses. You'll keep your guns and items in your satchel tho. I suggest you spend most of you money on guns (customization) and stuff in chapter 6 and after that you can do whatever with your money. Just remember to spend (almost) all money in chapter 6. 6k is more than enough considering you'll earn money from missions and robberies too. If you want quick money, find treasure maps through some yt tutorials and you can get goldbars worth 500 each
Start chapter 2, then immediately do the Landmark of Riches Treasure Hunt and at the same time, collect the other gold bars scattered around. You'll have around 6k (which is more than enough for the entire game.) Then aquire the Bolt Action Rife from Chapter 2 mission "The First Shall Be Last". And aquire Billy Midnight's Mauser Pistol and you'll be fine.
level 1 Dead Eye is garbage both for shooting people and hunting, I have ruined countless perfect animals shooting them either more than once or in the wrong spot
No it is the best. It is dumb that it's not level 5. Wish I could pick it manually. You can easily get multiple headshots with relative ease. How is not better.
I have max dead eye level but it still auto tags, I’m in chapter 2 trying to do the challenges and I can’t seem to shoot hats off because it auto tags for the head
