All back flaps Etc covered this not no extra rules the only rules need to be followed is football rules.. they can wear back flap out that’s apart of the game since backflips got invented…. We played back then 1997 redan park, midway park and scottdale no referee ever said that … only thing is we couldn’t wear dark visors coming up that’s all
