Gee, Fern ... you're getting so much done this week, dontcha think you should continue the PLANT WEEK schedule. jk, I know producing such quality videos takes a whole bunch of time we don't see onscreen. But this has been a treat ... feels like we're getting a more up-close look at some of your plants this way. Thank you for all your work
This rearranging video is giving me life! I feel so spoiled having a daily video from you 🥰 by the way, moving your begonia greenhouse was a massive game changer! It looks stunning there 🪴 have a great day fern!
11:58 I think it’s a great idea to continue with plants onto that table! You could also put big plants (like the ones by the sofa)on it and even move the chair to put a grow light under the table. Then add a plants on a black plant stands or a smaller table of that style that’ll slide under it (like the black one you removed from by the couch)! It’ll be like an extension to the main shelf! I feel like there is plenty of wall left there to utilize in order to declutter the living spaces and would make a nice walkway wall. I also agree with the begonias popping against the wall. It’s a much clearer display of the plants inside! ❤
Your Hoyas up on the south facing window look great. I'm sure they will be much happier to get full sun. I placed my Nepenthes outdoor in full sun last summer. All the indoor leaves burnt off, but the new leaves came out bigger and better and produced so many large cups. We underestimate the need of good UV for many plants. Did you say 'remove the desk for shelves'. Yay!!!! More shelves for plants 😃
lmao i literally stopped the video and told the bf our house when we purchase needs these windows :D Im loving all of the videos this week and my plant room remodel this weekend has gotten so much inspiration! Thank you for sharing ideas! your collection is truly goals!
As usual, everything was great. Your voice is so calming. I would like to know where you buy your clear, plastic trellis? I would love to have some large ones. Can't wait until tomorrow's video.😊😊
I love the high window and can definitely see why hoyas are enjoying it. I see one cautionary tale. If those hoyas on the high window become very friendly and start intertwining a lot and you go to take one down or water one and it starts to tip, it could take others with it. Also, I love rearranging plants. It's totally part of what makes the hobby continue to be interesting to me.
I totally understand the need to rearrange to try and fit everything in nicely. I do the same thing all the time, only difference is that I have to consider which spots that my car cannot get too! She is a green leafed chomper!
I’m a couple years in now, and since a few of mine are growing, and expanding , I need to purge a bit more unfortunately. That Begonia Polensis is so big it’s covering up the stunning pot it’s in! Are you on Vancouver island? No, I thought you were somewhere else? If so I’m in the Okanagan valley to your east! I just spotted an anthurium patriciae at our local nursery for $16 bucks for a baby 3 leaf!! Holy carp things are a changin! Yaaas!
I love rearranging but as soon as I found the perfect spot for something I can't take it away from there again 😂 so thank you very much for taking us with you 😊
This is EXACTLY the type of video I needed today!! ❤️✨ I needed the rearrange/organizing/declutter vibes 🥰 Happy Thursday ❤ & thank you for all of the videos this week (and always!!) ❤
So great! Gives such a nice feeling just to change things around. I’m doing the same thing right now, and getting ready to start filming myself. Need to make those backdrops look pretty! 😊
Zo lief en schattig hoe je met je planten omgaat❤❤❤ Ik zou heel heel graag een keer een vidio over je begonias willen zien. En hoe jij ze verzorgd ❤❤ Knap en lief mens ben je❤❤
Love that you're going to combine your krohniana black and silver into one pot 😍 I did that a few months ago and I've been obsessed, it's soo beautiful you'll love it 💜
Hey fern, I know we’ve all been enjoying this week of vids! I’d love to some care videos with info about certain plants. Especially your monstera Thai. It’s been looking so good I’d love to hear some updates about what you’ve been doing. 💚🪴
Are you growing any squash yet? I've got pumpkins out in the front of my yard for some natural halloween decorations this year! I can't wait 🎃 But also dealing with wild isopods taking over them. What outdoor pests are you dealing with? ❤

Love this video and loving this chores week!! It's so fun to watch and inspires me too. In the section down by the couch, what's the super dark green alocasia? The pointy one... is it a frydeck?
❤❤❤ Hi Fern! My BRT and I are loving your series in Boston🇺🇸! You seem to have an American accent (no offense) Are you from the states? 🌱Just today I think I have a thrips problem.... Dealing with cancer and terminal illness and a sh*t ton of Awesome plants That make me really happy. Starting my pest journey now and this sucks, I'm glad to have your videos!💕
By the way the house looks amazing... I had a house fire and I just moved in my new home in December. Can you tell me about the shelf and the light? I'm still making this house of home!
You are such a special person and it is fun watching your videos. You have TONS of them, but I have been working my way through them. What is the name of the plant that has those long (super long) leaves that are thin and hang? I love that plant so much and I have been trying to figure out the name. Maybe you will mention it in this video (which I have just started). Love that couch!!!! :-)
Okay I feel like I’m losing my mind. I’m trying to find the video where you mention the brand of your new couch and I can’t find it 😂😂 I have a small home and have been really wanting to find an affordable sectional so I’m super curious!
