I’ve been reminding myself of these things as I just was in a situation and when the bad anxiety started I was like “whoa, remember what happened last time?!” And surprisingly I was able to walk away, this helped remind me I made the right decision.

I don't agree. If we are triggered easily by some situations, we should self reflect first to check where that wound is coming from. Also be ready to have an open conversation. If we dismiss our partner right away we just might repeat the same pattern with another person. What's worse we can dismiss a person who truly cares for us.

This is sooo true. Especially when you learn that they are a Narcissist. Learn the patterns and quickly get out. It's damaging over time and who wants to left feeling insecure, unvalued and sad. The most empowering thing is to love yourself more to not accept it and then put in those boundaries to strengthen your value and self worth! 💯

I must disagree. Dismissing a relationship, at whatever stage, just based on what you feel, with no regard whatsoever to what's happening on the other end, shows a lack of empathy, consideration and understanding. Making that effort isn't co-dependency. We might want to try and make connections with people without diving so much into pop-psychology that has us self-diagnosing ourselves out of being human. 🤷‍♀️

This makes a lot of sense. It either makes you feel good or it doesn’t and see the patterns over a period of time even if thats just a short time because people cant fake things for longer than 9-10 months i feel like even in friendships. It either is or isnt and being real with yourself is maybe how ill try to think about it instead now. Instant new subbie, youre gonna blow up girl, i can tell you’re very wise 🎉❤
