Have you read any of the books by Lee Child? They're good - well written, a bit intense at times, but the stories are great. These characters here in the series are a lot like the first book, Killing Floor. Check 'em out.
Sometimes, the best way to drink coffee is to start with small servings, and a lot of diners have cups that only hold 3.5-4 oz. If they needed another one...somehow, I think they'd be able to pay the tab.
jenesus is right, but the rest of it is that bringing over the pot on hand made room for the diner staff to brew another pot. This is refreshingly normal.

Weird that they did the first book for the first season and the last book for the second season, as far as I can tell. Looking forward to more, I think there's 2 more seasons coming.
I enjoyed both seasons but there were some scenes that were absurd, like walking in the diner with wounds unattended and one driver with no guards hauling sophisticated air to air missiles. To name a couple.

Alan Ritchson is a breath of fresh air after Tom Cruise, the most overrated actor in American cinematic history. Tom Cruise as Reacher was something I could not stomach, it was just too ridiculous for words. He was so not the Reacher of Lee Child's books, to the point of becoming a caricature. Ritchson is brilliant. He's the big guy with a brain, and totally believable. Cruise was a joke, and just plain annoying.
Cumbersome. But if you don't mind making trips to the bank now and then. Just don't show up at the Maserati dealer ship with a mitt full of cash. Although there probably are people who can do that.

Love the show, big fan. But as a pedantic twit content-consumer.... WOW THAT IS THE FAKEST MONEY I have ever seen. What is the production budget of Reacher where the props are this bad?
Please get rid of Reacher's "team." He is far more captivating and appealing as a character when he is an enigma, a mysterious aloof do-good loner drifter. The other characters that - know him from back in the day - that are included for the sake of "diversity" are really unnecessary, uninteresting, and antithetical to the reason that make Reacher a popular character in the first place.
Dont worry, based on the news , the next season is gonna be based on Persuader. Reacher in that book operates mostly alone. Just with some help over the phone / few scenes. His team is not even mentioned -

That will stand the test of history - and continuous competent consistent narrative. Something writers rooms have difficulty with. My good opinion. :)
As yet, 2 negative comments & 1 like on one. And 3 likes to my initial post. Makes it 4:3 in this commenting audience demographic. :) It seems some understand or agree. More than those that don't - in those of this audience willing to interact. Not everything is meaningful, yet sometimes. (btw, the original thumbnail reversed the scene and had him looking up to his left asking for black coffee. Eh. Whatever. A relaxed bleeding face in the middle of a nice day at the diner isn't realistic either - but it's fun.)
