No one in Bikaner says 'Khamma Ghani' They say 'Ram Ram' , 'khamma Ghani' is used only in certain parts of Rajasthan. Neither the word 'khamma' is of the bikaneri (bagri) language, it is used in Mewar, Marwar and other parts of Rajasthan.
