4:16-4:36 is exactly what I’m doing right now, readying myself for the next shot at ESA astronaut selection, my guess around 2028-2030. I will be ready.

My dad would always tell us “perseverancia”. The video states that it was Mr. Hernandez 3rd attempt, it wasn’t. It was his 13th attempt. He had been rejected 12 times before they finally took him. The human spirit’s resilience in the face of adversity truly is remarkable to me and his a man of great conviction I admire and hope to be like. I emulate his determination.
