If somebody is getting the Bill total as it is without being added to the previous value which is a. Then you should pass the value in App like this:- price={Number("10000")} Because JavaScript becomes notorious sometikes and it doesn't convert the String into Number

u can directly use context provider without manually creating it in the context file, its much easier syntax.
