As votações funcionam de duas formas: nas semi-finais o público vota na sua canção favorita através de chamada telefonica para passagem à final ( só passam 10 canções por cada semifinal), mas o público de um determinado país não pode votar na sua propria canção. Mas uma pessoa que mora noutro país pode votar no seu país, claro kkk Já na final, a votação é a soma de dois tipos de votações: os pontos atribuidos por jurados especiais de cada país ( todos os países no total que participaram na edição) , para 10 melhores canções (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10 e 12 pontos) , somando com os pontos atribuidos pelo publico ( cada país obtem uma determinada quantidade de votos em chamadas que são convertidos formulamente em pontos totais). Ganha quem tiver a maior soma das duas pontuações ( juri+publico).
