Sarmad farhan khan glad you asked brother.. Download omkar video from RU-vid and start meditating concentrating on omkar by yourself, not by the sound of video.. Give a practice of 30-40 minutes a day. It will take time to focus on it. Eventually you will need less time to focus on it. Then you can practice it everyday for your preferable amount of time.. Sir i am a married girl and TODAY i tried this method on a person who don't like me very much. 'Not to react but respond'.
