Rimuru is not a fem rimuru is actually a boy even tho rimuru stated that he was genderless Reincarnated lesson: when a person dies in anime they get reincarnated so than there soul leaves and transfers to the new body but since it’s the soul that’s travel and not the brain it’s like how you transfers your SIM card to your newly bought phone and that SIM card has everything on it like your contacts your memories that’s basically the soul so than the body’s gender is still the same gender.
