Happy back to Hogwarts day! I thought I would celebrate this magical occasion by reacting to A Very Potter Musical. However unknown to me the Skarkid people had come back for a Very Starkid REUNION!

yes, the actress for hermione has changed because the original left starkid to form a family, but we all love meredith (the new hermione)!!

@@friendlyhufflepuff If you've watched A Very Potter Senior Year, how come you have not recognized Meredith Stepien? She played Hermione in Senior Year and in every Starkid performance of their songs since.

The part where Hermione says: "Check out my grades, they're A's for a start!" cracks me up now because i realized that the grade A in the wizarding world actually means Acceptable, which means you were very close to failing but didn't... She should have said that her grades are O's not A's! Edit: and i commented before you said it... I should start commenting on videos only AFTER I finish watching them....

If you haven't seen it yet, you should definitely react to the musical Spies are forever by the Tin Can Brothers? Most of the cast and crew are Starkid members (Lauren, Joey, Joe Walker and others!), and it's very underrated!

They didn't rerelease the musical, just did songs when they went back to the University of Michigan for 100 years of the theater department.

Late with this: I think the guy who played Goyal probably just couldn't make it, so they had to use someone else. (That someone else being the guy who played Snape in the 'AVPM series'.) There's a chance he could have left though. I'm not entirely sure, but yeah, Joe was just filling the role for this I'm assuming. (As in Joe Moses by the way, not Walker.)

on a recent livestream starkid said that they came up with basically exactly the same plot as the cursed child (years before it) but then went “nope this is a bummer and we hate it” so they scrapped it and started again and that’s how avps was born 😂

Hey there. Wow, this brought back some childhood memories! It is sort of a different actress. Her name is Meredith and she played Hermione in AVPSY but she did not do the original two. She was however in A Little White Lie (Starkid's web series from the very beginning) and is a true member of Starkid even though half the fandom insist on calling her "the new girl" even though she was technically a founding member! Bonnie left Starkid in order to pursue a career in the music industry and, well, I don't think she ever returned (sadly). Hope that helped! I loved the video by the way!

Yes that is a different actress playing Hermione she took over the role after the original actress from a very potter sequel and musical left Starkids the actress in this video was in a very potter senior year
