Thanks for the reaction! During playing -- PEOPLE , its hard to pay attention in lyrics when Suga's looking at me🥰💋. Watching Suga and IU singing live and Suga alone rapping it's just so beautiful. I got to used Suga's music as a hardcre rapper, i always love tgat sides of bluntiness of him but whenever he also switched to this kind of soft side type of him just like SEESAW , He still never disappointed me. His lyricism is so deep , so beautiful! Suga is not just only handsome but to me he is special, unique and brilliant specially in making music. This interview from to Suga is very insightful about him , first time i heard him( in person) opening his thoughts and feelings about his past and his present, his forgiveness to the haters, him also saying he's at peace and in a stage of good mental stability now , maaturing and want to be tge best person for himself. He is so inspiring that's why he is my ultimate bias and I love him even more so much! I cannot wait for his album and to see him live in concert in Chicago! BORAHAE💜

I have listened to People & People pt 2 I don’t even know how many times now. As much as I love People, I have fallen completely in love with People pt 2. The beat, the melody and the lyrics. Oh the lyrics Yoongi lays down. Straight through my heart into my soul. Knowing this was written during the pandemic, the English lyrics IU sings are very appropriate though they seem to confuse some. I love everything about this song. Savage Love was originally Jason Derulo’s song remixed/written for this collab. This will go down as one of the worst collabs BTS has done. Not because the song wasn’t good, but because Jason was a horrible person and just used the BTS clout and Army to get #1. IU’s Palette was Adorable. These two together are awesomely awkward. Lol. Their voices together are perfect. For her to ask Yoongi to sing some of her parts of Eight was so sweet and it turned out beautiful!. I would have loved the original song to have been like that. I need this version. I wonder if he gave IU a hard time about not inviting him as a guest to sing at her concert because she gave Hobi a hard time about not inviting her to the JITB listening party. 😂 😂 I like to think he did. HaHa. I love Palette. I’ve also watched the episode with SHINee. It was really good. Crush was also on it and OMG IU & he singing together was beautiful. Loved this so much Austin! Thanks!

Absolutely loved the Palette episode and I really enjoyed their interview it felt fun and comfortable. They sounded great together and loved this live of Eight so much but all the live songs were great. This is just my thoughts (and I know it doesn't matter cuz you will be going back listening to the albums for sure) but if you wanted to listen to D-2 first you could but I definitely think you need to hear BTS early albums before diving into Agust-D mixtape I think the context of their early songs and what was going on in their early years will prepare you for it and I feel the same for RM's first mixtape as well. Listening to the albums in order of release date including the first mixtapes I think better prepares you for the subjects of those albums as the members really got a lot of hate thrown their way during those early years from all sides and they could feel it but they didn't even understand why it was so intense and at that magnitude. They felt the love from their small but growing fans but weren't prepared for the floodgates of hate just for existing when they debuted, RM and Suga got a lot of backlash from the underground rap community looking down on them for being idols and they weren't welcomed much in the idol side in a lot of ways since their company was small, didn't have much money to fund things like some others, they even had grown adults on some tv music shows and a few variety shows that didn't want to give them the time of day and were rude to their faces for being from a poor company. They did have a few good encounters with shows and people that were kind to them (Eric Nam has been singing their praises for a long time and saw something special in them since debut, he was good to them when he hosted shows) but those were very few in the beginning. And things kicked up another notch when they won their first Daesang. I think new army coming in and ones like myself from 2018 on don't even fully grasp it like veteran army who lived it. Even though we still see things today it's coming from a different perspective as they are no longer coming from a small company as a rookie group. I don't think they ever want others to go through what they did when they debuted, it's why they are so kind to their juniors even in the briefest encounters during award shows etc.

Suga said at one point he wrote 200-300 a year. I'm sure he has thousands of songs. He said he's waiting for the group and other people to ask him for songs lol

Savage love is a Jason Derulo song. JK, Suga and J Hope’s feat allowed Jason Derulo to have a number 1 on Billboard. But he never thanked them. I love the melody, Jason Derulo have a nice voice. But honestly, the lyrics are not my cup of tea. You see the difference between his lyrics and Suga and J Hope’s verse. Suga and J Hope have deepest lyrics. JK’s voice is beautiful here. People and people pt 2 are very beautiful songs. I prefer personally People. I love your reaction, you make me laugh and put me in a good mood. And I need it. Thank you. 💜💜💜

will you be reacting to agust d and d2 mixtapes too? like the songs you havent done yet cause imo it would be better to do those first before the new album as the 3rd is the end of a trilogy and will probably tie into each other similarly to how people and people part 2 do. the concept photos came out today and he has the same scar as he did in daechwita so i think its safe to assume the rest of the album will connect to the other mixtapes. :)

I wish the People video credited ADORA for her backing vocals too since they went to the lengths of giving credits :c she also returned on People pt2, most of the harmonising/backing vocals is ADORA instead of IU c: ADORA is a soloist (debuted last year), but before her debut she worked with bighit and had a BIG part to play in Love Yourself & Map of the Soul eras (she has credits of some form in about 80% of LYS songs, and about 50% of MOTS.... from producing to songwriting to engineering to chorus/backing vocals etc)... and also is one of the main songwriters/composers credited for our Queen, Spring Day She's also who does the backing vocals on Seesaw! And on several songs on D-2. Yoongi really loves her vocal tones on his songs.
