Dont be bitter y'all played arguably the best team in North America the Crew won the league last season and made it to the Concacaf champions League Final this season which was played in Mexico 8,000 feet above sea level and the whole mysteriously had diarrhea also the team is ranked third in the eastern conference this season while jungling the champions League this team is legit dont expect more

Crew picked up Cucho from Watford. I believe Watford put him on loan for most of his time with them.

I wouldn't worry too much here. Emery is a scientist as much as he is a natural. He'll treat these games as pure experiments, and judging by his body language, the game probably went somewhere he thought it would. Science is testing and this is the time to do it. Great rundown!

Columbus Crew were last seasons MLS champs and in the middle of their current season so I was comfortable with the loss, different stages of prep and we were missing our real big hitters! We move 🤝

Columbus exposed the weaknesses that Torres is , I've been saying all along he isn't physically strong enough or quick enough to be a center half and both our experienced full backs messed up big time and hopefully they will learn from it. I've said at her is our best finisher but I'm afraid that uni won't pick him even though he has shown his worth. Both Ming's and Carlos are in to the last 12 months of their contracts and that needs addressing more than any other are. Columbus are the current MLS champions and are no mugs. Uni has been backed by the owners so to me he has to deliver some silverware this season or else his honey moon will be over.

Christ do you ever think about what you’re saying? It is a pre season friendly. Torres was immense last year. Mings and Carlos have 2 years left on their contracts, not 1. Don’t bother posting if you aren’t going to fact check what you’re saying

I get your points about Pau but ultimately don’t agree, he isn’t the quickest or most physical that’s for sure but his reading of the game and usage of the ball when in possession really makes us tick from the back! He will have a big part to play in this season! A lot of speculation around Carlos leaving at the moment, there’s no doubt we NEED to bring more centre backs in 🤝 They were really good! I back Emery to deliver another solid season though, be excited! UTV 🦁🦁

@@LetsTalkVilla I personally think we over achieved last season and we did leak too many goals and to me he hasn't addressed that issue and uni doesn't have a plan b to turn to if things aren't going well

The 2 big positional issues last season were RB & LW, have we addressed them this window yet? No. Cash is poor.

Villa need a center back, we was looking at a few while euros 2024 was happening, now that has evapourated. Something telling me the signings are over for this window. Past show Unai gets his players early and the rest of the window is speculation. Vill was a long way of the top 3 and suad depth was evident. For me a big strong cb like the Slovenia Zaka is essential to plug a leaking defence.
