If you didn't notice, all those little white things in the crowd are army bombs. Most kpop groups create some sort of light stick to their own design and their fandom has lightsticks to support their group in concerts but you have to buy them and not Every fandom has the same lightstick. For the bts army, bts created army bombs for them. Its just like in america how fans use their flashlight for concerts. All those bombs in the crowd is army supporting bts i heard MMA and MAMA banned lightsticks because other fandoms thought it wasnt fair how light sticks are only used for their favorite artist and fans dont shine their light sticks for rooky groups or small groups but that didnt stop army from bringing their lightsticks and supporting bts. Also if you heard the crowd its way louder than in this vid bc MMA editors had to silence the crowd when they edited the vid but bts just be turning award shows into their own concerts everytime its amazing.

This is my favorite award performance period. It’s just one huge flex and it’s so iconic. And your reaction was great! I love how excited you are for them! To answer some of your questions: Parts of this was pre-recorded (which is really common for MMA). There’s a behind the scenes Episode on Bangtantv that makes it a little clearer. The last song is call Dionysus, as in the Greek god of wine. So all the intro dances before that were based off specific Greek gods. Don’t worry, this isn’t really obvious (I only found this out from other reactions/analysis). And lights that come down form the Corona Borealis constellation (also sometimes known as the Dionysus constellation).

All people or most of them say that when ever their doing these award shows, BTS just doesn't perform but they put on a who concert, it never ends and it just keeps comin!!!!!!!!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Hi Tianna! I am so glad to see that you did this video. It was just an awards show, but BTS stole the show.....imagine having to perform after them (but they were last I think). Anyway, scrolling through the comments and I don't see where any ARMY has taken the time to explain the meaning of this, the roles played by each individual member, the 7 lights, etc....'cause you know girl that BTS ALWAYS has deeper meaning. I don't remember it all, hopefully someone will step up, but they are meant to be Greek Gods...of water, fire, etc. One tip I can give you is to remember that much of this is from Map of the Soul....the Carl Jung theory and discovery of 'Self'. The BEST way to understand is to watch the first song that was performed by RM 'Persona' AND the DKDKTV explanation. Then as you watch other BTS videos you will understand when they are talking about different parts of the mind and self discovery...your ego, shadow, etc. Like Suga, RM is also a brilliant songwriter and this one song opens the door to the Carl Jung theory, Map of the Soul. Oh, and I am 63 and was born in Mobile...I call them my babies too....I want to adopt them all in a motherly way of course...feed them some southern cooking :)

One question for you Tianna....When is the last time you saw an awards show like this in the U.S.?? I am going to say Never!! They are such magnificent entertainers and wonderful young men. I have a suggestion for you, now that you have seen this video I think you should watch BTS Accidents, Falls and Faints. It is something I think everyone should watch because it shows you what happens after a performance and gives you such appreciation for how they really put themselves out there on stage. They went all out bc in the past many award shows havent even given any trophies to bts, concert performance time, or acknowledgment even tho they were placing at number 1 in all voting catagories bc they are so controversial in their lyrics. K hip hop esp has stemmed and started out this way originally so its a unique refreshing and powerful feeling when bands represent the children of korea. not only this but bts most importantly stands for the children of the world. I loved that they took up a good ass hour bc theyve been waiting for this moment for years. and those lights are called army light sticks. you buy them and all the fans have them at the concerts. Some of Bts' new versions all sync together in lighting during the concerts. It makes the whole audience have a connection together as well as with them

Jhope is main dancer and dance leader for a reason… his movements are another level.. it’s like his body parts are interchangeable with his moves… his pops and locks are insane!!! You saw jhopes dance skills in the fake love kinda dub smash sound earlier in the show… his moves are insane!!! Maknae jk not just keeping up with him tho… but carrying his part with such power… how hard he whipped his hair in their duo dance part at the end I’m surprised he didn’t get whiplash!!! If you haven't seen MMA before, you need to watch MMA 2020. However this one they didn't have Suga due to just having surgery. Jin is MY bias as well because he is constantly trying to raise the group's and audience's spirits, making it fun. I remember the elevator prank where they were in the elevator and a girl comes in and is crying. He is the only one who asks her if she is OK. He also is the oldest and treats them like they are all his sons as well as brothers. The lights represent the constellation Corona Borealis , the song they are singing is about the Greek god Dionysus. In the myth, Ariadne married the god Dionysus. The circlet of stars in the constellation Corona Borealis represents the crown made by the god Hephaestus that she wore on her wedding day.

Jin’s latest solo song (released in dec) is called abyss and it’s so beautiful, if u are interested💜 Honestly I seriously slept on Jin for a long time, but this song made me go back & pay attention cause he’s just an incredible person and talent. I am an RM bias, suga/v fight for bias wrecker. lately I feel like every month a diff member could be in the top spot because all seven are just so incredible in their own right and at heart I’m really an OT7. My point was that it’s common to switch up your bias, and I think u have love for them all💜💜💜

RM will always be my favourite. I started looking into BTS after I saw his UN speech. But I have an overall soft spot for the Hyung line. The young ones are cute as anything and have lovely voices. They are like my youngest nephews ages. Personality-wise RM and Suga are most like my different sides. But hard not to adore Jin and JHopes personalities and sunniness.

Just so you know Persona, Mikrokosmos and all of the solo dances except for Jimin’s are pre recorded and the whole intro before Dionysus including the horses was also prerecorded that’s why they’re wearing different outfits so quickly :)
