The part where Freeza got some 1UP's from impaled Krillin is hilariously dark. Also the flashback scene might make you feel sorry for the Saiyan royal bloodline due to their lack of individual names

Zarbon & Dodoria compared to Saiyan saga Vegeta (18.000) made sense. The Ginyu force, for the most part (40.000-60.000 Recoome, Jeice & Burter, I think?) as well. But the SUPER huge gap that arrives with Goku & Ginyu (120.000 & 180.000) soles them out as gods among all the rest. And then Freeza is 5x stronger than Ginyu (500.000) in his base form, and doubles with every transformation? Toriyama really should have just had Freeza at maybe 100.000 or 150.000 for it to make sense. But then again, Freeza's transformations HAD to do significant increases, since the Oozaru transformation would 10x a Saiyan's power level... he really wrote himself into a corner in the long run, haha.

I love that TFS had a plan to stop the whole Nail talking tomorrow Piccolo thing if it was too annoying. Thankfully fans loved it and it was one of the BEST decisions TFS ever made for the series.

Gohan whaling on Frieza was always one of my favorite DBZ moments. I love how everyone was just dumbfounded at this little kid smacking around the Emperor of the galaxy. TFS actually cut out a decent bit of the beatdown too which I always found a tad disappointing.

The Solar flares from season 2 onwards have a hidden image because when Goku used it on Vegeta in ep 10. Vegeta said "it's like seeing Frieza get out of the shower" so the creators added that image to the next solar flare then changed it to something new each time.
