It was his first piece of work and it was made with the help of his father and friends. Dimash speaks very dearly about this clip and rightfully so. Good choice reacting to this! The show that Dimash will participate is called “The World’s Best” and the contestants are professionals from all over the world, but not only singers. The acts could be anything, from acrobats to magicians… something like “America’s got talent” but worldwide and for professionals, not amateurs. If you ask me, it’s pointless and unfair comparing pears with apples, but it’s a great chance for Dimash to achieve more exposure in the Western world, no matter his final ranking. If you want to have some extra fun (by yourself) and listen to Dimash speaking about this mv, you can watch a scene (a small part, from 13:45 to 18:00) in a show where he was invited to promote the theme song of the movie “Battle of memories”. Dimash was not familiar yet with the fun side of these Chinese shows and it’s evident that he was feeling awkward with their playful concept (frankly I feel for him). I have watched this so many times. It's so cute. Here in the US following the Superbowl there will be a new competition show airing. It's called Best in the World. Dimash will be performing. I can't wait till February 3rd. There will be 10 episodes. They will have 50 world experts to judge the winner.
