@@alicelewis6892 yup! Here is japan we have EAS alarm that not cause panic, which is intent. But we have other alarms that scare but that soft EAS is the normal (sorry for bad English)
in my opinion, different sounds mean different things, for example in Fiji, we think its not scary because it doesnt signal anything or mean anything to us because we dont live there. For Fijians that sounds means danger and it activates flight or fight. But for us it doesnt.
