Accolonn reacts to the new World of Warcraft cinematic for The War Within called Echoes of Azeroth Twitch: / accolonn Patreon: / accolonn X (Formerly Twitter): / theaccolonn Merch: easy-life-3.cr...
A mega final raid were we revive all the boss encounters from the past, as they were all nightmares from Azeroth? FIrst boss Ragnaros, second boss Illidan, third boss Arthas, fourth boss Deatwing...
That's exactly what I thought! she says it in such a distinct tone, almost as if she's indicating that Azeroth has been fantasizing about everything so far. Would be a real twist if it turns out that everything to date was in fact some twisted dream!
It's definitely interesting that she says "azeroth at last awakens. The world soul so long denied ME shall be MINE" that sounds like she isn't an old God and she is a much higher void entity. Hmm
I think it was confirmed somewhere that she is not an old god in general but more an entity of the void. Of what nature I don't think we know yet, but we probably will.
yeaah, I thought the same way) ME and MINE are not "void-y" words at all. it seems that she may be pissed off by them and maybe she really wants to claim Azeroth for her own
Accollon, the 4 tentacles on the end is the old gods trying to corrupt azeroth, thats why she tells "the world sou so long denied to me" because she was trapped by the another old gods on the dagger.
Acco. It seems to be hinting that Azeroth is draconic. The timing of the first dragon shriek, the silhouette in the world soul (which resembles an incarnate prison)
The War Within - We learn about Xalatath's plan to deliver Azeroth to the Void We face off against the final old gods and her and win. We learn about Sargeras' motivation to create the legion to face off the Void. Midnight - Sargeras is redeemed and alongside Illidan which becomes his apprentice we go on to deliver the final strike to the Void lords. We learn from them about Amanthul's plan to brainwash us to do the dirty work for the Titans, after Sargeras does a heroic stand to end the void lords. Azeroth actually awakens as an entity and ally of ours and thus we move on to space to the Titans home world. The last one - With the info about the Titan's plan to take control over reality and after they used us to get rid of the Void, we become a nuissance to them. Alongside Illidan and other heroes we face them off with the ending we should have had with Zooval. Neither side wins, but we get to reset the reality with us becoming the First Ones. The First Ones were always hinted as an unknown entity prior to the Titans, which ran an experiment of chaos vs order to see who comes out on top. We deliver that experiment thus becoming the new First Ones resetting WoW to 2.0
My theory: Xal'Atath was the 5th Old God, that was defeated by the other 4 C'Thun, N'Zoth, Y'shaarj and Yogg-Saron during "The War Within" the Black Empire She will use the essence of Galakrond's endless hunger to feast on the black blood of the now dead Old God's, absorb their essence and win the "War Within", the war to become "The Harbinger" In order to enter the Cosmo's, the Void Lord's (what Zovaal was referring to) need to corrupt the world soul of Azeroth - a world soul with the power of a "First One", and if she succeed's, Xal'Atath will be the harbinger of the Void The Titan's, with the help of Elune, will return from their prison at the seat of the Pantheon Sargeras will want to destroy Azeroth before it's too late Aman'Thul will want to claim Azeroth instead There will be a confrontation, and perhaps Eonar will be "The last Titan" in the end, because her goal will be to safe Azeroth, not destroy or claim Bonus: Elune is like our Moon irl, the Moon of Azeroth was once part of the molten mass that will later form Azeroth, before being ejected by another mass that smashed into Azeroth Elune and the other moon (Anshe and Musha I think the Tauren's call them?) therefore have a portion of Azeroth's power
I think some people forget that Sargeras already killed the pantheon. They're back in a weakened state. He pretty much already is the final titan. It took mortals and all the titans to stop Sargeras. I hope and believe you're right. Sargeras will have more nuanced motivations than we ever knew. Him and Illidan returning to cap off the story? Sounds like exactly what they should do.
People read too much into the “final battle” bit. As if its the end of WoW. Its only the final battle if she wins. 🤪 Although, seeing as the next expac os called “Midnight”, its quite possible she does win. 🤷♂️😂
So this give me a bad feeling. Because before we had questions about Xal'atath who is she, what she trying to do, where does she come from ect.. This give the vibe of "none of the matters she's just the BIG BAD now." To me at least it kinda feel like the Jailor ok here your new bad guy you don't know much about them but we're telling you THEY BAD
which is what TWW is the beginning of, a new chapter, Dragonflight was our vacation after spending 2 years in hell, fighting a bald man that wanted to undo everything...
They are seriously copying FFXIV Endwalker. WoW is not even serious enough to take seriously because we all know that half of WoW’s expansions were duds, especially the last 3.
@@UltimateGamerCC Destroying 1.0 was necessary. There HAD to be a way for the game’s world to change for the better. 1.0 was a disaster, I know this because I did the Beta for it and I’ve been subscribed since 1.0 early access. The game was not that playable with its content until Patch 1.19 and even still it was just a bandaid fix. My high-end gaming desktop at the time could barely handle the game (it had a GeForce 260 GTX). Plus Bahamut (as a Primal entity) made Deathwing look like a guppy and the destruction done as if candles on a birthday cake were blown out. Plus I’ve seen the Deathwing fight 🤣☠️ Fucking hysterical. It looks like something out of a PS1 Spyro game. Primal Bahamut’s wingspan literally extended for MILES they were that wide. Why did WoW even need a cataclysmic event? I mean, if it was flying, they could’ve just redone the coding in the zones. That’s what FFXIV did to the 2.0 areas without having to destroy the game again.
@@adamslosslessmusiccollection they Cata'd the Vanilla Zones because the Quests were old, had a lot less variety and the rewards werent worth doing them half the time. also no point going into how supposedly Bahamut made "Deathwing look like a Guppy", doesnt matter one bit, they still copied Cata, then Stormblood came out, an Asian themed expansion, just like WoW had Pandaria.
Xal’atath is the ancient one. She is what is depicted in the murel of the old god down in the depths of Kaz’algar. She is the one ducted in chronicle book 3 in the image of vines and roots around an old gods face in the top right corner. She is the hearthstone card “the ancient one”. She is the employment of the lovecraftian horror Cthylla. I’ve been saying for a while Azeroth is a star, a star floating in darkness, because she is encased within a Dyson sphere. The controls and operation of that Dyson sphere are housed with the titan facilities slapped across Azeorths “surface”.
No. Xal'atath is not an old god. She is a void lord. The void lords planted the old gods on Azeroth to attempt to convert it into a void titan. It has been their goal the entire time. Now she wants to corrupt it as it awakens.
Acco do you think the planet is actually Azeroth? the burning ball of fire? I was just thinking what if thats actually the SUN and what if Azeroths worldsoul IS the sun?? and what if thats what Xal'atath wants to claim?
so many of Xal'atath actions and intentions surrounding Alleria remind me of a certain eternal, who's taken several forms along the years to manipulate very powerful beings in te name of the old gods... coincidence ? Xa....
It's a reaction, most people already watched the actual reveal, I normally don't include the date reveal in my reaction cause my reaction was, "expected time frame"
I also think for at least the first two of the parts of the saga we are not going to win, were gonna loose big time and I think its going to be amazing...
Alizee? The French singer who was the inspiration for the female NE dance? Nice... real nice ;) Also, Holy shit they are pulling out all the stops now...
They are trying to have their FFXIV Endwalker moment, but WoW’s story is so incoherent and scattered that it will not work. Like, the build up to this point is not warranted worth praise or recognition. It only has worked in FFXIV because the game was always story-first and it resonates with people’s real life struggles and experiences. WoW doesn’t even have that kind of impact. Especially since your playable character isn’t even involved in the main story and does jack-shit for anyone. Look at the cinematic when the Dragon Aspects get their powers back. There really wasn’t a need for it to happen. No build up. Then you have that deer-chicken-elf guy making out with a female elf because he misses her. Why the hell would you put that in the game? 🤣 And then the 8 fingered midget Chromie hugs Norsdumoo on the leg like a Care Bear. The game is fucking cringe, dude.
I hope they do a endwalker thing, instead xal being the final boss of the war within, she uses the darkheart to summon the true final boss (like gul dan in hellfire citadel),that being dimensius (wich sure is a traeat but not a copeling character, just an all devouring thing),then will kill him and by doing that he becomes a voidgate, that opens the way to midnight
So she's been trying to get Azeroth's world soul since forever looks like. Also she said ''the final battle draws near''. Does that mean that once the World Soul saga is done WoW is done? But that can't be right since they said ''the next 20 years of WoW'' at Blizzcon. And World Soul Saga should be only six years, so what's next? Maybe a massive time jump of like 100 years or so and WoW 2? Even though they said in the past that they will never make WoW 2? Im so confused by these words she speaks of
I presonally would prefer if Xal was Elune's "Blue Child" rather than a part of Elune herself, still keeps the Elune connection but also lets the real Elune have spotlight too (plus Mother-Daughter drama would have potential)
We're awaiting the official react from the previous one a week ago and now we have a quickie 3 min react of 'wut' on repeat and another claim for 'official react' later. Delayed indefinitely while we watch the LCS instead. Alrighty.
I'd love to know why that matters? This is a react to the lore, since this is a lore channel. The game launching around the time we thought it would hardly seems interesting to me. What am I missing?
They did a great job making a narrative from the old titles and tapping nostalgia but that does not in of itself equate to excitement for me. 11 weeks to go.
I would like to be excited, but it really seems like they are trying hard to tap into memories of when wow was top dog in order to get people back. But they are really going to need to bring it with the actual game itself, or its going to be all that more dissapointing.
I don’t know anyone who is hyped for this near me. I can subtly mention to people that I play an online game and they ask me, “do you know about Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail”? Not joking. Had 3 store employees on Friday ask me that when I was shopping at the electronics store Best Buy in their Geek Squad area. I also see ZERO hype online for WoW: The War Within. I don’t know if it’s my algorithm or something, but everything is FFXIV when I’m looking for non-related articles or such online.
there is hype, but its not the usual type of hype, its subtle. blizzard messed up so many times their fans are very careful about being excited for expansions. dragonflight was well received gameplay wise(although the second part of the story was bad) but they still have a long way to go to rebuild trust with the fans.
pretty sure it's your algorithm, there's a lot of hype, i can only assume it's because dawntrail comes out this month so the immediate hype is for that.
I think this time around the features for the expansion are really underwhelming: earthen dwarfs, delves ,hero talents.. dragonflying on all mounts ok whatever, warbands ok should have been in the game 14 years ago.. many people share this opinion I bet also more scummy moves by blizzard dont help like extra pay for beta & early access, and the new disabled black woman they shove down our throats bcuz we woke now
Maybe by the last titan we will understand atleast 50% of whats going on in the lore and universe and we wont have 300000 videos by 10 diff youtubers speculating whats actually going on.
Remember when BFA came out and we thought we would finally get some answers to the lore? And then we kamehameha'd nzoth and then went into the shadowlands and defeated the jailer who did some shit with engines on azeroth and got our answers then? Or maybe when we traveled to the dragon isles and got some answers from the boss room with broken chains and a mural of something looking like deathwing or ysharrj? Maybe just maybe at the end of the last titan we will FINALLY have some solid answers to the lore and world. It took 25 years but aye
The only good part was the old videos. Wow is woke AF. It’s rainbows and flip flops now not war and axes. It’s a joke. Hell even metzin let us down. Just play acension it’s free and way better
The last 3 World Of WarcrafT expansions. :( How sad.. But, okey.. 20 years Of wOw is uhh.. awesome! I can't wait to see Sylvanas (ELUNE) return from the Shadowlands. Elune = Future Sylvanas. And Awakening Of Azeroth = destruction Of Planet Azeroth.. Eggshell.. :'( My Azerothians.. we reach the end. :(
Haha this isn’t the end of WoW. They’ve explicitly said that the World Soul Saga is wrapping up the 1st 20 years of WoW and setting up the next 20. Cheer up 😊
@@dreadbull5039 A lot, thank you! :D In the moment, I though '' Oh, no.. it's the end :O '' Huuuuuuuh.. I play WarcrafT since WarcrafT 1 (1994/5) and WarcraFT 2, WarcraFT 3 and I play World Of WarcrafT since 2004 :D So yeah.. this was shock for me.. I can not accept this. :D
