2:19 in fairness the technology used for Mecha King Ghidorah is much more advanced coming from the future, and Ghidorah didn't go berserk at all considering both Emmy and M-11 had control, what's more is that Godzilla became the villain in the 2nd half so ofc they needed him, also the reason why Mechagodzilla went berserk is because he had the skull of Ghidorah in him that hijacked the system, same with Kiryu who had the 1st Godzilla's bones, MKG was fine since he was pretty docile if Futurians hadn't told him what to do
Ok so David did what I wanted to do so imma do something different,alot of people get confused with mecha king gidorah but I'll tell you more about him,the futurians went from the 23rd century to the 20th century to to make gidorah to take over the world and used the dorats to create gidorah by using a nuke to mutate them into gidorah,but heise Godzilla gets a power boost and fights gidorah , gidorah hits him to the ground stomping him to death until the futurians get killed and lose control and makes Godzilla gain the upper hand,when you said it looks like it's head was cut off it was by the spiral ray by hesie and gidorah retreated but Godzilla used his base breath to blow a hole in gidorahs right wing and falls into the ocean dying,but then the Humans go back in time to rebuild gidorah making mecha king Ghidorah,the use the future technology to build a Middle head with a slightly weaker gravity beam,and make gidorah fly using anti gravity so if gidorahs wings are destroyed it can still fly and the wing were also ruibilt as solar panels for gidorah,and mechagodzilla was created from the materials from mecha king Ghidorah and they had control of it,also it had 4 cables that would come from the rebuilt chest and hold Godzilla in place and administer electric shocks with the help of a large middle claw to hold and pickup Godzilla and bring him to sea, Godzilla then fought gidorah but gidorah kinda got record with not that high power durability and one wing destroyed and used it's claws to lift Godzilla to sea ,then Godzilla used his spiral at gidorahs chest dropping them both into the sea with gidorah dead permanently but Godzilla alive,and then they used it's body to create mechagodzilla, please heart this comment my fingers are burning in pain and this took so long but good reaction.
Fun fact: The dorats were nuked and then they evolved into a creature with 3 heads then it evolved into a 3 headed dragon called King ghidorah. Thats the reason why king ghidorah hates human

Weight is not height u don't look at how heavy it is to see its size, and its impossible for any ghidorah (apart from anime one) to win against godzilla earth. Flying doesn't always give the advantage

Honestly I’m pretty sure GMK Ghidorah would have went to Godzillas side and the cool part now that I think about is that Considering Legendary is The only one with Omniscience, he could most likely sense GMK Ghidorah had good Intentions and would probably fight along side him if anything
