Smile on my face is Lay's song 🌈🦄 our healing unicorn. It's as great as Wait and 24/7. I have been on a Lay mood for the last 2 months and it is sad how people shrugged on Lay's effort. Only supporting him when he is with EXO but not supporting his solo works. When I watched his series Street Dance, back in the fields, idol producer, and CZR2, my respect and fondness for him grew. Sorry if I am rambling but Lay deserves the same love as all other EXO members. He is the healing unicorn for a reason. And I feel like there is always something missing when Lay is not in an EXO track. EXO's album are all great but somehow XoXo have a special place in my heart. Maybe because its the bright and youthful side of EXO. Most of the tracks also highlighted their vocal capabilities which I love the most. That is why I love all the albums they have released this year. They went back to the basic but showcasing how much they have grown through the years.
This album is A BOP! they surpassed 1M sales from the pre orders alone, the first ever sm group to do so (if I'm not mistaken) and taking the crown of Quintuple Million Sellers💜
Smile on my face is Lay song. So I guess it makes sense that he is healing us/EXO. I love Gravity and Damage live. Oasis has a special place in my heart, it has helping me go through my depression and anxiety. Personally I find Oasis, Cosmic Railway, Paper Cuts, Bird and now Runway so emotional, for me at least. "With you" is a really hard song yet it's really calming and EXO's vocals slayed it. The song was really underrated I'm in love also with Chanyeol and Sehun's vocals in Bad Dream.

Listen to Hello Stranger, Runaway, and Oasis in a row. They sound great together. Lately I’ve been making playlist mixing Exo songs and Exo member’s solo songs that have similar vibes or work well together. It makes for really dynamic playlist and listening to a song in the context of different songs than you usually do and not in the context of the album it’s a part of can be super interesting and make you hear different things in the song that perhaps you didn’t catch before.

Yeah, you've heard Gravity on Kai's day 1 in compilation of his best singing live. There were only 6 of them so the parts were distributed differently. But it's my most favorite Gravity live 🤷

I love the two other Love Shot songs so much. Trauma is such a VIBE with a really cool rap verse, and Wait is just gorgeous. The Wait live stages are EVERYTHING too, even if it is only 6 of them ❤

Tbh, the very first time I heard Runaway of EXO, I literally screamed and feel like crying. I mean, Oasis is a song that has a special place in my heart. I REALLY LOVE THAT SONG! And then they gave me another song like its version 2.0 at their Don't Fight The Feeling album (which is the Runaway), I JUST REALLY REAAALLY WANT TO EMBRACE AND KISS EXO. Like I also want to extend my deepest and sincere gratitude to whoever produced it, compose it, just to whom are part of making those songs. Both songs are my comfort songs as well that's why I REALLY LOVE BOTH OF THOSE SONGS.
this is one my favourite album i feel like.. the war is my favourite, but i think its largely because of my personal experience with it (it was my first comeback after ulting exo, its the CB that made me fall in love with my ult bias jongdae (blondae changed my life..), and i was on the road a lot that summer and every road trip, i listened to the entire album on repeat.) with you is SO underrated, it calms me down and turns my heart to mush, its a beautiful song and the lyrics are sooo sweet. my favourite track on the album is gravity, but honestly this whole noskip album is filled with amazing songs. everytime i listen to one, it becomes my new favourite temporarily
I definitely think this album is so underrated in the rating exo 's full albums discourse, even though this is easily in their top 3 best full albums. My personal ranking would be 1) EXODUS (2015) 2) DMUMT (2018) 3) The War (2017) Honorable Mention: XOXO (2013) but for this album I prefer the EXO-M versions for a lot of the songs. If you do listen to EXO's earlier albums and EPs I highly recommend also listening to the Chinese versions because EXO-M harmonies back in the day >>
