Realisticly, If godzilla were to use the atomic breath on the colossal titan, it would die instantly, Since the colossal is already producing very high amounts of heat due to not having any skin, Godzilla using his atomic breath on it would instantly destroy the body into pieces due to overheat on the body, and would destroy the shifter alongside it.
