In the US, they are called Crossing Guard's(what you refer to as Lollipops).

We have crossing guards wherever any school children have to cross a busier road to get to school or a bus stop

...yes we do have them here in the states but they are called "crossing guards" and you find them mostly in front of schools to prevent traffic from running over children or teens.

Not only do we have "lollipop" people (called crossing guards here) but the area near the school is a "school zone" and during arrival/dismissal time you have to drive very slowly for the kids' safety. And if you speed or disobey the crossing guard like the person in this video, you'll get a wicked ticket and no mercy.

Yes, Crossing Guards do get paid. The amount of money is usually less than a regular part-time job. Which is why it is a job for people who are retired, or housewives working for spending money.

At 4 00 i was sitting in my mx5 and some bit h wheeled her large car into a space in one quick move on my drivers side which left the cars so close my rearview mirror was literally below hers we were about 4 inches apart . She just got out and was walking away when I started bitching up a storm . She quickly moved.

I think those tires at the end, we're just studded tires. They're used when driving in mountains during snow storms.

Where I live I barely even notice cyclists. They just ride on the shoulder and wave at you if you give them right of way instead of just cutting them off. It's the motorcyclists and racers on the roads that annoy me here. Motorcyclists will be driving in all black on a black vehicle hiding in a shadow with no lights on and no reflectors. And then they get mad when you can't see them. Dude! If you care about being seen MAKE YOURSELF VISIBLE YOU SUICIDAL MANIAC! And then the people who drive like they are immortal. You look twice at your stop sign and see no one, it is clear to turn or cross over the intersection. In the middle of you driving forward or to the left some lunatic going 15 over the speed limit comes flying up and acts like they still have the right of way even though they weren't even on the road and completely ignoring the law that says if someone is already in the intersection they have right of way.

13:33 both in wrong, mini roundabout, normal rules for roundabout still apply the only changes are if too big you can drive over them but must make best effort to try to go around them and should not do u turns go all the way around them that should not so still ok to do as it not Must not they ones you must stick to. cam car should of give way to the right but failed to do so and van trying to prove a point goes wrong way around the roundabout. if it was a T junction different rules van cutting across traffic so would have to give way and car has right away but as roundabout it give way from the right and who is already on roundabout so van was coming from the right so car should gave way to van. technically car was on roundabout maybe fraction second before but so close i feel if they hit both get some blame through insurance as one failing to give way and the other proving a point but also put them self in the wrong to so forcing the car to give way the van had to turn early that mad van driver go wrong way around the roundabout. timing is way to close not a risk id take would allowed van to clear then went when safe

Yup! We have lollipop ladies/men over here in the US a lot too. We call them "Crossing Guards" though. However, I definately prefer lollipops. Think I'm gonna start calling them that over here and see if it sticks! lol. 😄
