I am 41 and got into Kpop because of a book I was ghostwriting and learning all the different kpop languages and moments and styles... It was always cringy to me that there were ships. I have been around enough people to know that the way these ships act around one another is fan service. Until Minsung. Minsung got me. If they aren't actually together there's been something casual going on there since I Am You era. Then I got put onto Ateez and I immediately knew that Woosan aren't fan service. You can't act being lovey with someone with out letting the mask slip sometimes but Woosan, their masks haven't because there isn't one. The ship I believe most of all is YunGi. Your mother does not ask you about the tension between you and your best friend from nowhere. So, I think YunGi are most real, just loud enough to show something without taking all the focus from Woosan but if any ship would go the distance, it'd be Woosan. It it weren't for their desire to have children I could see them settled down quietly after they fulfilled their ambitions together. As it is, I think they will end up in hetero relationships purely for that one fact alone. I've spent too many years as a dancer to not see the signs. I knew all the gay people in my secondary school year just by vibe, that's how many I have been around.
