Some people were thinking the song would be about love, because of the title 'Angel Of My Dreams' but it's clearly about fame and success...Jade said before releasing that it's about the music industry. "I'm in heaven when you look at me" reflects the beginning of a career, when a new artist is discovered, then over time they realize that if they don't become successful/produce money for the record companies, they will be discarded by the next musical promise... Her idea was brilliant, it's been a while since a launch made such an impact on me, the wait was worth it!!!🔥🤩💜

The psycho line is aimed at Simon Cowell, cause his record label is called SYCO 😂 thats why the big guy with all the surgery etc is next to her plus the clip of her X Factor audition before she says it

For me, this is the most original debut single between the 4 girls, truly, Jade serving a delicious farofa without fear of being a pop diva! 'Angel Of My Dreams' brings frenetic and deliciously exaggerated sound!!❤👌🏼👏🏼

Most people weren't believing much in her, they were betting more on Perrie's success (even I was) but 'Angel Of My Dreams' came to show how great Jade is... and I see that she could be the biggest Little Mix soloist!!!!

Juke this DEBUT means so, so much and in the part where Red Hair appears flirting/seducing the big guy in the industry (whoever read Little Mix's book will understand) they revealed that the managers told them to flirt with the radio owners, producers and everything else to have their music playing on the radio... very absurd and sad things but which is reality in this artistic environment!!😢👊🏼

I love all the mixturinhas ❤ but Jade has always been my favorite member, since the X Factor days. I always thought she was more artistic and in all the official videos, live performances, interviews, I couldn't take my eyes off her 😍 for me she meets all the requirements for a successful pop star: talent, personality, charisma, beauty, presence, game waist, man!! Jade always seemed to me to be the most determined in the style she wanted and her influences, in addition to her and her team having market vision, she knew how to create hype, engaged on social media, etc., at the same time, she has a lot of self-knowledge, She knows what the industry expects from her, but she also knows what she wants, and she showed it very well in this song/video! I discovered the group Little Mix in 2015 through an ex-girlfriend of mine (who is a big fan) and I really liked the girls right away, I really like most of their solo work, but my favorite was this single by Jade, which was also my favorite at the time of the group... I love this type of pop music, it reminds me a lot of the 2000s!!😍👊🏼

Juke she talks a lot about Simon Cowell and Syco (Little Mix's former record label) in the song. They arrested and suffocated the mixturinhas a lot 😢 and Jade always made it clear how much she didn't like it, and with her debut, this became even more evident... the song is amazing, it was the one I liked the most among the 4 girls , and I'm in love with them all!! Hardcore beyhive here who genuinely never got into Little Mix (not because of lack of talent at all, but I think it's generational! They debuted when I was going into college, so I just wasn't the target audience!). THAT BEING SAID THOUGH - Jade is an absolute star. I just saw a small snippet on twitter & had to watch the rest of the video. I was immediately hooked. It reminds me of Gaga and Madonna and just all the quirky pop goodness. I watched Jade video a million times and the concept is much deeper than you think it is! The video shows little details that are easy to miss on the first 3 watches. The big guy is basically the manager or SEO of the music industry, he is always on the watch for new talent and you see different jades throughout the video. Eg. the curly hair jade is the girl when she first started auditioning on the streets before xfactor then the manager spots her and calls her a star but the blonde jade felt betrayed and angry how quickly the SEO threw her in the bin and the video goes on and on. Also pay attention to Jade personal assistant ( girl with glasses) she spits in her coffee, also she acts like she is a great assistant to jade when she picks up the dog poop but in the end she doesnt really care about jade.

Syco was the name of Simon Cowell label who they were signed to on x factor and didn't hsve a very good time with him or his label so they got out their contract. He also made so much money off them and they got hardley anything compared to what they should of at the time.

The blonde over the top star represents the cycle of being disposable because when the SYCO sees Jade he says ‘need you’ to Jade, invites her in to the limo (the industry), & plays lip service to the previous ‘washed up star.’ Jade then has to keep transforming from an angel to a devil to keep the SYCOs attention. Likely representing each season of X factor, idol etc being the bench for the next big thing ready to make someone who did everything they were told still disposable & irrelevant.
