I like the suit for two reasons 1. It looks like something a person would actually wear and not a custom made, rubber paddrd leotard like we saw in Man of Steel. 2. The suit is an homage to many Superman suits of the past while being wholly unique.
If people actually read more than graghic novels of DC, they'd fully know the costume looks similiar to earlier comics. Superman didnt first appear in boots, Red shoes. Something else they'd hate gunn for personally. People can deny that.
Superman had more than one costume in comics, like Batman who's had more different costumes than any other character has had. Unlike Batman, Superman's for most part stayed the same untill New 52 which has a collar. Again, so-called fans being hateful biased.😁
@@madcapmakov2 funny.. Snyder fans are probably the most tolerant fans. They like Reeves.. they gave Returns a chance.. and then Snyder came along and they were open to something new. I'm sorry, what's the argument against Snyder fans?
@@fourth1000 You lost me at tolerant… When they can’t shut up because Snyder is no longer on board. You people always imply we weren’t open for something new. Sorry, something new doesn’t equate to good.
I hate the extra lines and baggyness but am I the only one that doesn’t wish it was more colorful? The colors are great. It’s just dirty and I think this is a legit case of lighting. It’s so dark. The color you see on his legs is more true to why it will look like.
People so biased and hateful towards Gunn. Looks like New 52 costume to me, collar, bad S. If it was Snyder's film, his fans without a doubt flock to it.
@@madcapmakov2 Yet, I am a Snyder fan and a Superman fan. Strange. Doesn't mean I liked Sucker Punch or Rebel Moon. No, the bigger whiners here are the Superman fans. Snyder Bros, who whine about Gunn, were always going to whine about whatever. But Superman fans? They treat Superman like their own personal property.
@@MSgt_0699 You seem reasonable compared to most I read off. That’s fan passion. You finally solved the mystery. Fans claiming ownership is a bit of a stretch.
@@madcapmakov2 It's a passion that suggests that the character belongs to them personally. His hair is out of place. He's not smiling! The S isn't right! Not colorful enough or too colorful. Underwear or no underwear?! The belt! It's ridiculous. There's a reason a lot of director's won't touch the character.
Those damn dirty brits taking these American roles. That’s worse than Ryan Reynolds taking a black man’s job to play Green Lantern and a japanese voice actress for Pikachu.
