This is a pretty interesting interview of Meghan Markle by Rachel Ray. Rachel Ray seems to be a good interviewer to me, keeps things positive. Not sure how this came about. Meghan Markle really did have/has a great pr company.
Obsessed with Princess Diana. Pictures all over her walls in her room growing up, a trip to London to see the Palaces as a teen. Wrote a scathing, jealousy filled review of Princess Catherine on her wedding day, in her blog The Tig. Was photographed, holding a copy of a magazine with Princess Catherine in her wedding gown, BUT, didn’t know who Prince Harry was. Sure, Jan🙄
She didn't pass the Universal History subject lol. You know, every time she says that She didn't know anything about the British RF She shows her blatant ignorance, especially because by the time She met Harry She was living in Canada which is one of the Commonwealth countries. She was an intern at the U.S. Embassy in Argentina for 6 weeks, during her senior year in college, thanks to her uncle, Michael Markle, who got her the internship. She basically made coffee and photocopies. She didn’t have a “career” in the State Department.
Was this before or after she became a yacht girl? I’m not being snarky, you seem to know quite a bit more than myself. Not to be too tinfoil hat but I wonder how she met Prince Andrew. I think there may be some dots to connect around that topic. 😀
It probably was the year she got kicked out of college for supergluing the eyelashes of her varsity sister. She had an affair with a married man during that visit to Argentina. She failed an exam during that time that would have allowed her to move up in that career….
No she did not work for the embassy in Buenos Aires, it was a short internship that her uncle got her. She didn’t even invite her uncle to her wedding which he was upset about, he’s also since passed away, he was a very nice man by all accounts. She also didn’t pass the entry exams to progress any further…🤷🏻♀️🙄
She did a intern she did not get paid. She could not pass the test at the end of 15 weeks. They said she was always meeting up with the marines. She was kicked out of school for two years on a restraining order for super glueing the girls eyelashes shut. Can you imagine doing that to another person ? I can’t! It’s pure evil‼️

The idea she would take pictures of Travis dying in his shower, I’ll never forget the pain and bewilderment in his expression. Meghan could do that, in a heartbeat.
Malta is a mediterranean country and her grandparents who lived and worked there were of northern European ancestry. Nigeria is a country which is made up of over 250 ethnicities. One can only be a Nigerian if he/she is a citizen of Nigeria. Meghan cannot be any percentage Nigerian because Nigerian is NOT an ethnicity. Why don't people call her out on this.....
That trip to Malta was a scam on the Maltese government. She told them she had a relative who was from Malta; she didn't. She said she was coming with a genealogist and that they would document her discoveries and highlight Malta if the government paid for her trip. They did. In the end, she tried food and took pictures, but there was never anything about her relative. It was in Tom Bowers book.
TRG did a two part feature on what can still be found of the anonymous blog she created pre Harry called The Working Actress. It revealed what a lazy , manipulative diva she was even then Some of her advice to other aspiring actors was to find out personal details about an import person within the business,meet them and flatter them using the personal info you uncovered
I don't have an issue with Rachael ray but she was playing "enthusiastic" host for the interview. She didn't have a choice. I would bet that they didn't speak a word to each other as soon as the cameras were off.

Her degree was in communications. Northwestern offers no degrees in whatever it was she claimed. Another lie was that she was of Maltese ancestry - later claimed no evidence of this, but she got a free vacay by pretending. She did an internship stint in Argentina for six weeks, courtesy of her uncle, but could not pass the required exam to make a career of it. The mind boggles.
She never worked at the embassy, it was a 6 week internship that her uncle got for her and her father paid for her to go. She couldn't pass the test at the end of it and was sent home. This was the interview where she lied and said she was Maltese. Her great grandparents lived there for a while. Now she's 43% Nigerian 🙄 Rachel can't keep track of her lies.

Wait she was working with a genealogist but didn't know that she was 43% Nigerian before???? And how can she be Nigerian if her great grandmother was Maltese??
It ended up being something like her great grandmother or whoever was born in Malta but to parents who were just staying in Malta temporarily. So she's not ethnically Maltese, it's just that her great grandmother happened to be born there, but didn't live there long-term.
You would think the 'genealogist' would then reveal she was 43% Nigerian. But it was only when she interviewed a Nigerian actress on her flop podcast she said that. She never wanted to tell anyone about it before until she needed to justify her R claims.
@Susan-vl8ts IbbleDibble did a calculation based on statistics what her Nigerian % could realistically be, I think it was somewhere between 10 and 12 % and that was being generous.
She's someone who gets involved with everything so she can drop names and give speeches and interviews but CONTRIBUTES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO ANYTHING! And people are so gullible! Truly amazing to watch.

Why does no interviewer ever ask her what she did for UN women? Megan's always using the phrases " they reached out to me" " I was invited", "I had a seat at the table" but never explains exactly what she did for them and interviewers never push her to explain. From what I have researched any involvement in these organisations were pay to play gigs by her PR company.
Touching, flirting us her primary means of control imo. I have seen many photos of her posed with men not her bf or husband where she drapes herself across them.
She told Queen Elizabeth, she could speak German, so during a balcony showing at the palace, she stuck Megan next to a woman who spoke German. Humm was it a test.
Didn't she only "become a chef/foodie" once she hooked up with Cory Vitello in Toronto after she dumped her husband Trevor? He was a well known chef so she, chameleon like as ever, adopted his persona and used his recipes, probably claiming them as her own. Then she went for Harry and became a humanitarian, and dumped Cory.
She is insufferable! I'm trying to find excuses for her but the more I see the worse it gets. Intelligent people are modest! All she does is brag, brag brag... And now, that people started to dig into her past a bit more (at the time of this interview she didn't know she'll marry a prince) all the inconsistencies and lies come out. How can she not see herself from the outside... at least a bit?! Every normal person would have said "look, I was only an intern there for 6 weeks but it gave me an insight and I really enjoyed it" or something like that... It's off putting and fake.
She doesn’t speak French, except the few expressions that everyone uses. One interview she said she did 4 years, another one interview was 8 years… (?!?!?)
@@sula1529 Yes on Craig Ferguson she said 8; the Variety interview she said 4. And she can't remember a word of it. I took Spanish for two semesters and can actually understand/speak a lot of it.
They are both called Rachel.There never ever has been a double major in international relations and theatre at 'North Western University' no such course has ever existed also in previous post the job at Argentine UN embassy was an internship.Meghan made out she was poor at University but she was travelling all over the world.
She said , she studied international relations, she did not say, she finished a degree in international relations. If you study, you can do it by yourself, not necessarily in a university.

The inference (which she knows full well) is that she graduated from Northwestern with a degree in both international relations and theatre. Such a scenario does not exist at Northwestern nor has it ever. I suspect she was expelled from Northwestern after the hazing incident. We know that, thanks to a connection her paternal uncle had there, she got a 6-week internship at the US embassy in Argentina, probably to divert from her expulsion. We know that she failed several attempts at the State Department entrance exam while in Argentina and was rumored to have had an affair with a married man. She was sent back and either graduated elsewhere or never finished college and went straight into the entertainment industry where we know that she languished for years until Trevor managed to get her the Suits gig. When Patrick J. Adams left the show after 7 seasons, Carparkle was written out. It wasn't because she was engaged to Harry. She didn't even know him at that point. Another one of her lies. It was because she wasn't a compelling character, she was a bad actress and she was aging out of the ingenue roles, which she had never been able to get anyway. The way she fabricates her past is staggering. How she can't see that all of her lies will be exposed just shows the depth of her delusion.
@@edelineambas7473 Wow ... I am extremely well-read in history, yet would never tell people "I studied history" because that would clearly imply formal coursework. She has a way of obfuscating such that listeners are mislead on many topics.
I guess we're all a little guilty of embellishing on our resumes, etc. BUT do say that she 'worked by the Embassy in Buenos Aires' is basically the most exaggerated claim of all. She was there for five weeks on an internship in college - obtained by her uncle on her dad's side - so no she did not 'work' there. She's never bragged about being Nigerian except for last year because she did not want to embrace that side of her family.

Meghan’s great great grandmother was not Maltese, she and her husband were actually Irish (on her father’s side of the family) and Meghan’s great great grandfather was sent to Malta for work, and eventually they moved to America

Hello. Starting @ 0:36 Rachel Ray says ".. and the character's name is Rachel, which is great.." (self-praising) and BAM Meg interrupts Rachel Ray (right from the start) while she was still speaking and did it in a way to bring the conversation directly Back to HER being the one actually named 'Rachel' while for sure being irritated from the hosts praise to herself in that moment. My personal 'pet peeve' is when people begin-to-speak while I am still talking, while at the same time disregarding what I was going to finish saying. I bet this kind of ticked off the host in a way because she was for sure going to say something more there. This could explain her upcoming aggression in my opinion. Starting @0:48 Rachel Ray became a little too 'hyped' with her effort to physically show how excited she was about the fact that Meg's name is Rachel, but I would say she is trying to be over enthusiastic to work off how Meg first tried to tell the story with her Super Fake enthusiasm, while also releasing some energy from the 'dis' of Meg 'cutting her off' moments ago. Rachel Ray might have felt like she had to maintain the fake enthusiasm about the name for the both of them since Meg was just sitting there. Rachel Ray's flailing arms seem to be too much for Meg at this moment. It's noticeable that Rachel Ray is actually invading Meg's space a bit aggressively in my opinion. Rachel Ray feels the need to be so over the top with Megan at this point. Watching the moments before Rachel Ray reaches out for Meg you can see her getting closer and closer with each 'swing' from what I see. I bet Meg could predict that this woman was going to try and touch her. Then the moment comes where Rachel Ray actually reaches for Meg's Shoulder, almost touching it, but is snatched by Meg right before this happens and then Pushed Out and Away from her body. The result was them then appearing to be 'holding hands' with Rachel Rays hand ending on-top of Meg's. As some of you know, with Latin dancing the Leader usually has their hand on-top of the other person's in this way to control their movements. Their hand positioning shows Rachel Ray's dominance and you can see how Rachel Ray actually pulls Meg's hand all-the-way in towards her body even (trying to force) placing Her hand on her shoulder (RachRay) maybe I guess to see if Meg will actually touch her shoulder but she can probably feel how Meg's limp hand has no 'warmth' to it and then their hands turn back and release. Meg wanted to 'get out of the grip' and I think the physical contact went on too long for her. It's funny how Meg gets a grip on people but this host is very forward with her physical actions. Then at a later point Rachel Ray tries to get this physical contact thing done with by sealing it with a 'high five' that was a flop with no connection made. Seems like Meg is not good with the high five's since she missed that other guy's hand in that Coffee commercial also. People just can't connect with her even when they are forcing themselves to try. In my opinion I see aggression coming from Rachel Ray maybe in retaliation towards her for number One 'cutting her off' while she was still speaking and number Two pushing her hand Away when she tried to touch her shoulder. All their physical contact together for sure added to the fire inside hidden behind smiling faces. After this moment they don't get close again. Thanks for posting this.
I always think it must be so boring being a celebrity and being interviewed repeatedly, always the same questions, having to talk about trivial matters continually and saying the same things over and over and trying to look excited about it. Mind you, I guess some people just love talking about themselves and being in front of the camera.
I recall meg referring to having written a think piece and I honestly cringed. She refers to academic "credentials" to make her sound smart which she knows she isn't. She thinks she's getting over on most people which she does. If you've ever had interactions with a narcissist in your life you know the signs.
Here she's admitting her name is "Rachel", yet she said her marriage vows as "Meghan" & the wimp as "Harry", when his name is actually Henry. And neither of them listed ALL their names as is usual in a wedding ceremony.

I love how at 4:30 the host lady mentions her own experience of visiting her grandfather's old apartment in Sicily and Meagain IMMEDIATELY turns the discussion back onto herself! The polite thing to do in conversation is to show interest and encourage the other person to expand a little e.g. "Oh, how lovely - for how long did he live there?" ..... but Meagain has never learnt these basic social skills.

She was a stagiaire in Agentina because someone in her family had some connections and not sure she stayed as long as planned. She's a "California girl" and has close ties with women in the UN...sure....
She's Maltese, Nigerian, Jamaican, she's whatever she wants to be. According to Bower's book, she organised the Maltese trip to "research her Maltese background" and used it as a PR exercise, clothes photoshoot, free holiday - and never referred to any of it once back in the US .
The videos taken of her South African visit seem to show her being very uncomfortable amongst these people, whether it's because they're poor or because they're black, I've never been able to decide.
When you ask, why is she even on RR show, Wendy Williams, who was very skeptical of MM's intentions, disclosed that MM was calling around requesting to get booked on shows. The Wendy Williams show never bit and had her on😂. Love and miss, Miss Wendy!

Her "work for the U.S. Embassy" was of the lowest order--I can't remember what it was, but her statement was found to be a misrepresentation. She didn't get it on her own, by the way; her uncle secured the job (internship?) for her. Her claim of being Maltese (this is an old interview) was discarded/debunked within a year. She now says she is 42 percent Nigerian, which means that her mother would have to be 84 percent Nigerian. Impossible. She lies all of the time. That's the nature of the narcissist.
