I personally started to pick up on the Mother Teresa saintly poses and looks, then came the writing on the bananas and a few other things which left me feeling that she was fake. I initially thought she was settling in and the Royal family always support new members so assumed it would get better, it didn't. The one lying gets a "rush" from telling the stories they concoct and they need to keep adding details to get that rush time and time again. It is very much the same way drug addicts behave. As i worked at Wattisham airfield for 22 years and remember him being there but i only ever saw him playing call of duty in his office and never do any work so i already had an inclination that he was never a real pilot but we all still respected him.

We don't use the word Mam. The only thing similar is Ma'am (pronounced Marm) and is used when speaking to the Queen or (peculiarly) senior female police officers by other serving police officers. If she is claiming that a British pilot or air crew said this to her....my opinion is that she is Iying.

Actually the Queen (Queen Elizabeth) did expect to be called 'Mam' as in jam, not 'Ma'am' as in farm. We know this because a song was produced to congratulate her on one of her birthdays, and it went 'Happy birthday, mam ...' Megan, having lived and worked with the Royal Family and the Queen, would have known this. The fact that in her story the 'important airline person' called her 'mam' makes the story less believable.
