Is it racist to say not let Chinese people near your dog? That’s just a joke. If anything it shows your prejudice on their lifestyle because they do actually eat dogs. I knew a Chinese man who used to go to the dog festival every year. It’s the equivalent of making fun of an American because they eat fat off greasy towering burgers. It’s not all Americans but there are a lot of Americans that do it. I don’t see anything wrong with making the joke.
