i remember when you made these predictions the only one i was shocked about was palace. my jaw dropped when you had them going down. the arsenal one i thought was crazy but the top 6 is sometimes crazy so i didn't think as much of that.
I've been watching a lot of these prediction reactions. It is very clear to me that people just don't watch Arsenal and see what Arteta has done and is doing there. Just really low resolution analysis, just shows how little football fans watch and understand football. I predicted Arsenal to be title challengers back in 2021 by 2023/24 if they stuck with Arteta. In fact I expected them to challenge this season not last season. I thought I was being optimistic, but Arteta proved me wrong even there. Not just Arteta, fucking look at the players they have got. Martin Odegaard is second best playmaker in the league behind De Bruyne. In fact this season he has created the most open play chances in top 5 leagues, second is Bruno and Odegaard has created 15-20 more. Declan Rice is one of the best young midfielders in England, Saka one of the top 5 wingers in the world. Saliba arguably the best young CB in Europe, with Gabriel as his partner who is imo the top 3 defenders in England. Ben White one of better defenders in the League and extremely consistent and fit. Like fucking hell all of these players of potential world class quality who are also very young. Where did people get the idea that they would not compete against City? Are people just this blind? It is actually insane to me. So many people just writing off Arsenal, just don't watch Arsenal play football. Not only they have individual quality, they are extremely well drilled. Can you imagine if Arsenal had Kane or Haaland? Yea just think about that for a second. People need to realise that this isn't late Wenger Arsenal anymore.

Have to admit, I did think that Luton would stay up - and even though they didn't. I thought they'd do the best out of the three teams promoted last summer - and they did. They had a few pretty decent results over last season. Thought Forest would be 18th, with Luton 17th. But in the end it was the other way round!
