I was watching a Instagram lives of hers the other day and she said that for 4 months of quarantine she wrote a song each day. That’s insane she truly is talented ❤️

There may also be another meaning: Olivia calls herself a pretender at the end of the song, she calls herself that because she pretends to be this person who does well at everything and seems perfect, but at the end of the day she knows that’s not who she is, so she’s the “pretender” and ends up being jealous of herself... i have no idea what i just said or if anyone understands what i mean 😂😂

My opinion on Pretender: Olivia is insecure so she’s projecting on another girl. She’s making this girl out to be a “pretender” even though she may not actually be one. Olivia is jealous of her, so created the idea of the girls life being fake, because Olivia doesn’t want to believe someone else could actually live the life she wants. So Olivia is the actual pretender because she’s pretending the other girls life is fake to make herself feel better

The songs that stop suddenly are the person who made the RU-vid video who decided to cut them probably to make the video shorter 😢 long videos are on her instagram and on other RU-vid videos p.s. love these videos

Just a thought but maybe when she said i created you, it’s like Olivia is trying to make the person she’s envious of seem like they’re fake in Olivias pov, but then Olivias like, “wait they aren’t actually that bad, so why do i see this person like that?” And it’s being Olivia is jealous of this person, so if she had that perspective of the person being fake and plastic and a pretender, it was all so she could feel better about herself since that person obviously dosent make her feel good about herself.

What she means is that she doesn't want people to know the real vulnerable her so she makes up a cover which people believe. It's like she's a different person on the inside and Her outside is the 'pretender'. *Btw, I'm 12.*

so i think “pretender” is basically a fake image/life she has created for herself in her head, and she lives through it in attempt to distract herself from reality. (this probably is wrong but it’s my interpretation lol)

In the beginning she used to post full songs. Now she just posts like lyrics and a chorus. She says she already has 8 songs ready and some we have never heard. Have you heard All I want. She wrote that for her show. She also wrote one next season and Tim says it’s sounds like Taylor Swift wrote it. Can’t wait.
