Ever since having my own kids, I will cry seeing a birth 99% of the time. Its such a miracle! And holding them right after all the intensity is THE BEST.
I’m 50, had my babies at 19 and 23. This brings back all the memories. Cherish every moment , life moves and we all turn into people and sometimes those we love the most…well let’s just say life throws you curve balls. Best wishes for you all. 💕♥️❤️💜
i can’t watch a birthing video without bawling! abby you are such a strong woman and i’m so proud of how amazing of a mother you are! i’m not a mother myself so i don’t have any experience but you did amazing💜
The two of you have such a supportive, loving, wholesome relationship and it shows in everything you two do. I only wish for you all to have a lifetime of love, laughter and family. There is nothing more incredible than bringing you're babies into this world.❤😊
Matt and Abby, my husband was so supportive too and it was EXACTLY what I needed...to help me focus on what was happening and try not to panic. You guys are the sweetest. Don't ever stop being eager to be kind to each other, it's the best to watch. ❤
This is a beautiful video❤it made all those emotions from 24 years ago for me come flooding back😢It is definitely an amazing experience I would do all over again even though it’s the hardest thing I ever experienced! Our children are worth all of it, enjoy your family to the fullest, it goes by SO fast when they are growing. Thank you.
Both of my labor and delivery’s were so fast!! My first son I was in labor for 5 hours and pushed in 19 minutes (8lbs 4oz). My second I was in labor for 6.5 hours but pushed for 5 minutes (6lbs 14 oz). Abby you are SO STRONG. Every birth is unique and different, I love that you share the raw experience!!
My best friend got to the hospital, her husband parked the car and by the time he got back, she had already delivered the baby and told the nurses she was ready to go home...lol
Absolutely beautiful! I’m not even a Mom only at step Mom at 56, and this made me so emotional but so happy for you guys. Abby you are SO AMAZING & STRONG. You guys are one of my top favorite Utube channels. Your boys are so precious!❤️
So beautifully vulnerable! It actually took me TWO AND A HALF HOURS counting from the first contraction to give birth to my son, 19 years ago… Crazy!! Love, Sonja
Abby and Matt I cried through most of that video. Your love for one another makes my heart sing ❤❤ Baby Griffin your one loved cared for lil dude and you always will be with Matt and Abby as your parents 🌈 Keep on keeping guys you are rocking this thing called life!! So much warmth and love for you guys x
Oh my gosh this made me cry !!!!! Your so so strong as a couple and as an independent this video was truly amazing !!!! My story is kinda similar to yours I had my 1st Nov 1st and now about to be induced again Tuesday at 6am so they are about 12 months apart truly amazing to see you go through this makes me feel so much stronger about the situation
I am the exact same way Abby! When I am going through big moments in life, whether it be exciting or nerve wracking, I am feeling so much emotion and adrenaline that eventually my brain just kind of turns off, and the things that are happening aren't being as comprehended or felt as much anymore.
Matt & Abby, I’m so very proud of the inner and outer strength you both showed during this extremely tough birth! I cried with you Abby!!! Much love going your family’s way ❤
I love how you guys are so real like you're not making it seem like it's so painful which it is but like as if it's the worst day of your life or you're not making it seem like it's the greatest thing like it doesn't hurt at all
I’m getting induced tomorrow with my first baby, and this was such a perfect time to watch this video. I was bawling by the end getting so excited to expereience this special moment with my husband in just a few hours 😭
My 2nd baby girl I had in 3hr and 45min :-) I walked into the hospital and measured at 100% amd 7cin. 😊 My 1st was 21hrs and a traumatic birth. She had to be resuscitated 8 times before she was breathing on her own... My 3rd was born August 10th of this year, at 31wks gestational... so she was a emergency c-section. ❤ Glad for God and His care for us!! She has been home with us a month now. ❤Epidurals are amazing😊
Yall are such an honest couple and are the best parents ever both of yall are so strong and brave and you have went through so much together and make sure you tell Auggie and Griffin there both adorable and have a bright future just like there amazing parents. Have a great day
Awe!! So sweet. I wish I had a video of any of my 4 labors. I'm emotional with you! What a gift to be able to bear children. Also, the stitches were the most uncomfortable part of labor... not the most painful, but the most uncomfortable. You're a trooper! Thanks for sharing this sweetness with us!
Abby! I also do the same with my emotions! During an emergency with my mom I felt the same way, I am so focused and clear headed but then I come down hard afterwards. I am a very emotional person normally, it always shocked me how I could turn it off when necessary. Loved hearing you say that! ❤ love you guys
This is exactly why I waited for my baby to come on his own. I refused to be induced and I refused any pain medications. I was 40 weeks and 5 days when he was born and I only pushed for 1 hour and 30 minutes. It was the most perfect pregnancy, birth, & baby!! ☺️
I’m crying my eyes out right now guys I watched the whole north the first time you guys showed it and still to this day I love how Matt helped you and encouraged you the love in that hospital room was so strong and still is seeing you guys reminiscing about it thank you for showing it again!!!! Love you guys so much!!!!!❤❤❤❤
Watching this has me in TEARS as I gave birth to my baby boy 3 months ago and go back to work tomorrow. Abby you are SO STRONG, you truly do not back down from challenges. I got induced also. When they broke my water, I was about 3.5 cm, I threw up and requested an epidural if I got checked first. The epidural took FOREVER to get to me and they didn’t check me. After the epidural I was 9.5 cm and needed to get ready to push. If I knew I was that close I probably wouldn’t have gotten it 😂 but I am so so glad baby boy is with us now and thriving. We are so lucky to be mommas.
Not me over here bawling my eyes out 😂 expecting our first baby, a little boy, in the next few months. Can’t wait to share these moments with my husband ❤
I’ve never had an epidural but I feel like it would be scary to me because I’ve heard your chest can feel numb so you don’t feel yourself breathing. Usually an epidural is a constant flow of medication and they turn it off when you have to push so it doesn’t wear off
Wow! So emotional! My first baby was 9lbs 2oz and they had to check his collar bone for breaks after birth. I got stitches too…brought back so many memories! Abby you did so good!
Love this video I was in labor for an hour with my son and in labor 7 minutes with my daughter and I had both my kids natural, was some very intense pain but so worth it. My precious babies ❤❤❤
That was really beautiful, thank you for sharing. I wish that when I had had my children we had had a way to videotape. I remember when my daughter was born I got her ultrasound on a VHS tape. I’m so old! But seriously guys this was beautiful. Remember, you are amazing in everything you do.💞💞💞💞
Can confirm some people do just go quick. My mom was induced when she had me, I don't know what time her appointment was but it was on my date of birth, and I was born at 11:40 AM. She said it was only a few hours between getting there and me being out. Though I know that's a rarer case because the majority of RU-vidrs sharing their births do have a longer experience with it. That's the great thing about growing up in this generation, information like this is easier to access and be shared.
My baby girl is now 21 yrs old. Her bday is today. Those years go by so fast. It makes me wish that I got more videos when she was young. Love those babies deeply. God bless you all ❤️
My first Labor was 44 hours long. And about three hours after my water broke, my daughter came. But then with my second my labor was 10 hours in total and my daughter came about 30 minutes after my water broke. It’s all very different every time.😂❤ but I will say that Pitocin isn’t the only one that thing that gives you really intense close together contractions. Sometimes a woman’s body will naturally start pushing itself harder, which is happened with both of my labors. With my first my contractions got right on top of each other and we’re extremely intense but I was not progressing so they did give me Pitocin but the contractions still felt the same intensity and then with my second, I did not get Pitocin and my contractions were so strong and so way more painful than my first and I even got sent home with those 1 minute apart contractions because I wasn’t progressing. The nurses even commented that they could just see how hard my body was pushing during the contractions. I went from 1.5cm at the hospital to a 10cm and pushing out my baby in less than an hour and ended up giving birth in the car trying to get back to the hospital because of how fast it went.
Oh Abby i was crying with you!! Beautiful birth video you were so tough. Matt i agree with you about the voice thing i dont like hearing my voice on videos either.
My first and last took a LONG time. My second I went in to be induced but was already in labor. Didn't feel it, had no idea. They never even started meds. Went from feeling it to holding a baby in less than an hour.... My oldest was 2 years old and in the room when his brother was born because nobody had time to make it.
OMG Bridget Teylor was a life saver for me. Bc of her I was able to give birth to my 3rd naturally. My first round was twins, I had a failed epidural and birthed them naturally. Since I was unsure if an epidural would work for me or not with my 3rd baby, I used Bridget’s youtube videos as guidance and thankfully there was 1 hypno-breathing that really really worked for me. I actually almost gave birth in my car bc I was able to manage at home for so long without realizing! I was using more effort holding the baby inside while driving than when I actually birthed him lol. My body was literally trying to violently expel him😂❤ I made a whole playlist of her most useful videos and keep it saved for when I get pregnant.
@@DedesDiary i did! I was scared of a c-section and using general anesthesia so going the route of an epidural allowed me to try vaginal and worst case scenario switch to emergency C-section but I could be awake. Since the epidural failed, it was get these babies out naturally or go under general for the surgery which I really didn’t want!
