Reacting To Our First Music Videos (15 YEARS LATER😁) 

As a member of the MLT club for over two years, I can tell everyone that it is one of the most worthwhile things I've ever spent money on! Mona and Lisa are so generous with their time and attention to all members that we feel like family! And I feel privileged to contribute in a small way to the music they bless the world with. I loved that little bit of a quartet near the end... two twins from today singing with two twins from the past. Beautiful!

What an absolute magical gem, to see your reaction to your earliest performances. Even though you were only 13 or 14, and you just started singing and playing, the music you created on the 2007 live performance album is magical. Love every song you did on there. Each one is so beautifully and passionately done. It's one of my favourite albums to listen to when I travel. I am having so much fun at the Advent Calendar, with videos like this every day for the whole month of December. For anyone who enjoy MLT music, this is the perfect time to join the MLT Club and experience their magic daily, including the incredible Live Stream on the 23rd where you will be playing many of your songs for the fans. These are the videos where I first heard the MonaLisa Twins. Iwas immediately astounded by their talent, even at that young age. I joined the MonaLisa Twins club a little over 2 years ago. It is the best thing I ever did! It is one big, happy family! Plus, the music is fantastic. I am honored to be a part of their journey!

I've been a member of the MLT club for a year or two now and I can tell you that the girl's site is one of just a handful of sites I visit and by far my favorite. Mona and Lisa are so bright and funny, and truly brilliant, and talented musicians you'll ever come across. (Gorgeous too)! What you see here is a blast from their past which is great, but I've got to tell you that for a duo that started with cover songs their latest music and especially their latest album are full of world class original, superbly produced, played, and sung music. And the harmony, my goodness the harmony is out of this world. Thanks Mona and Lisa for these memories and the truly magnificent music you bring to us.

Loved getting to see you two perform your first original song, "Alone". It would be great to see you perform it again all these years later. Please keep all of your early videos on RU-vid. They are all wonderful... and they show the amazing journey that you two have taken together through the years. Every single video you have ever posted has provided a fun and meaningful contribution to the legend of the MonaLisa Twins. And every one of us fans who have been watching you over the years... absolutely know, without a doubt, that you are LEGENDS.

I remember watching MLT videos starting 10 or 15 years ago. They've come a long way but one thing that was obvious from the start was how talented they were. There's just something about sibling harmonies that is so good!!

Seeing this again prompted me to go back and check out all of those early clips. You two were (and still are) adorable! What a great selection of tunes and the beginnings of some beautiful harmonies, especially in "Mr. Tambourine Man" and "Love Is All Around Me". Lisa channeling Carlos Santana in "Samba Pa Ti", and Mona doing her best Keith Moon in "Ain't No Sunshine" (the smile at the end says it all) - great stuff! I had no idea Michaela could play the sax so well either. And of course, Papa Rudi doing it all. Just pure fun, and you continue to make people smile all these years later!

This is the first time I've see you do a flashback like this. You had me smiling the entire time. I loved it. ☺

As I said on the MLT site...BEST ADVENT VIDEO EVER! Enjoyed your reactions to the first concert...and yes, you did not cringe. You were better than you thought. We could have told you that! Mona really belted it out on "Twist and Shout" (the birth of Mona specializing with the rocker songs) and Lisa sang so sweetly on "Goodbye My Lover". Don't worry Lil' Lisa, everything will be alright! Thank you for the bonus track, "Alone" and for showing "I'm Yours". What a great way to start a day! I love all of your old videos in every way, I love seeing and hearing you in your early days, still girls, but already with ease and an attitude of those who know exactly what they want to do in life. But there is one video in particular that really touches my heart, the video where you cover Two Of Us by the Beatles. It's so beautiful to see you still babies and as the video unfolds to see you growing up, playing, traveling as a family, and all beautifully permeated by the wonderful sound of your voices and instruments performing Two Of Us. Congratulations and thank you very much for giving us with the initiative to review the past and share it with us.

Your emotional reactions while viewing "Alone" are priceless. Yessss! Please revisit your first original song for the live stream. And whichever other you choose will be a smash. Thanks for [your] memories (my apologies to Bob Hope). It is so heartwarming to see your spontaneous reactions to the younger versions of yourselves. I found it especially touching how today's Lisa wanted to hug 13 year old Lisa, and tell it would be alright. Even at that younger age you two were very talented. When I first viewed your earliest videos I was amazed at the poise you had. I have mentioned before in the club the deep love you have for one another, And Lisa is so proud of Mona doing Twist and Shout. You two were dolls then and your still dolls! Yes, Mona and Lisa are two beautiful young ladies, but they also have such beautiful souls. They are a refreshing alternative to today's toxic music scene. Thank you so much for posting that video. It made me smile ear to ear from beginning to end. Not only were you adorable talented children, but you have most certainly become two of the most brilliant players and composers I've seen and heard in a long time. And this is coming from someone who's been playing, teaching, and building guitars for 42 years. (Man, am I really that old! How did that happen?) This was after I played the viola in a youth orchestra for years before that. At any rate, thank you for making my day every time I see your beautiful faces and hear your exquisite vocals on RU-vid. What can I say? I still love "Alone," for all its early teen awkward rhymes and broken English. Musically it stands up quite nicely and I really enjoy how they handed off the singing to one another. That's something we don't hear very often and it's a great way to add interest. The Beatles did it in a few songs to great effect.

On a rainy day I visit my 2 friends Mona and Lisa (Who doesn't know me, sadly) on RU-vid and listen to their wonderful interpretations of many songs I used to play myself together with my band. My friends in the band and I done a similar journey as you guys and tried to promote Beach Boys, Beatles, Doors and Rolling Stones songs in the late 90s (As 20 years olds). My three best friends in the band are sadly dead now and Im the only left. You have grown so incredibly fast and with talent and your great ability to write superb songs Im forever a fan!/LOVE from Sweden
