This was the song she sang after she was voted out. The awesome part is that she took the effort to sing the song in Mandarin which isn’t her native tongue so that the Chinese audience can better appreciate the farewell song.

To avoid the confusion, Bisaya is her mother tongue. Bisaya is one of the languages here in Philippines but she also speaks very well in Filipino on which her second language. Philippines is diverse in culture, but we are united as a nation

This is KZ's farewell performance in the competition after leaving the show. The language that she used in this version is Chinese to pay respect to Chinese people. Her original language is Filipino. She had a hard time learning the language in the short period of time, but she did it anyway. Thanks for listening to her. Shoutout from the Philippines. You guys respect our artists and from the Philippines, We Respect you.

Another amazing reaction...you guys are doing your thing and your guest James, "added" to the awesomeness! KZ is "one of a kind," as you guys are starting to notice and this song is another example of why we love her so much: the creativity, the powerful emotions, the stage swag, her unique rapping style and just the way she brands each song and adds that "KZ twist" EVERY SINGLE time.....INSANE! And as you're probably starting to realize via the comments: The INSANE thing about this performance was that she was singing AND rapping half of that song in CHINESE. KZ is not Chinese! As you know, KZ is Filipino. KZ DOES NOT SPEAK CHINESE! I'm Chinese and I'm BLOWN away by this performance! Her pronunciation and playing with each word...INSANE! Just INSANE! The amount of commitment and hard work she put into learning AND memorizing each Chinese word just for this one performance to pay respect to her Chinese audience.....gives me so much respect for this young lady. You guys MUST react to the rest of KZ's Singer 2018 performances because they are all going to continue to BLOW your minds!

Jessie J won. Right from the beginning, KZ had zero chance in winning since they determine the winner by audience voting and KZ doesn't have a fanbase in that country. But we're so proud of her

Saying that Jessie only won because she's famous is insulting this whole concept. The audience mainly vote based on what they feel about the songs the artist interpret, we had Jessie ending 3rd, dimash ending 6th, kz being first or polina gagarina ending 6th, they know how to vote and surely won't vote if it's not good

Thank you for genuinely appreciating our KZ 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 In this song, she was actually singing Chinese Mandarin for the non-English parts, & she doesn't really speak that language. She just did it to show appreciation to the Chinese audience, 'cause this was supposedly her last appearance on the show, hence, her farewell song since she got eliminated the week before this. For us who followed that show, we were really emotional back then when she sang this 😭😭😭 I do encourage you to get to know the other artists on the Singer show as well (e.g. HuaChenYu, Deng'Er, Wang Feng, etc.). They're a lot of great artists there, I promise 😉🙊🙈🙉 Btw, Jessie J was the winner that season. 😊

Thanks again for the reaction. Sadly, KZ was voted out prior to this. Yes, the competition was tough, for sure. However, there were/are more serious geopolitical factors at play well outside of this singing competition involving China and the Philippines. This is not the venue for that discussion, though. If you're interested and want to widen your perspective away from this entertaining channel, simply google "South China Sea controversy." You can make up your own conclusion after that. Stay safe!
